The shower is very small and very slippery. Rooms have no facilities like kettle, microwave or anyway to get hot water/coffee.

The area is about 31 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes away from Termini so it was just a little more expensive to get to the property.

Hotel 325 is really nice place. We stay for 1 night. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful, with typical italian breakfast food and international food. Kindly recommend this place

The hotel is a bit far from city centre. We had to use metro and buses then to get to the Hotel.

The air conditioning seems pre-set to 27°C which is a little warm to sleep comfortably. I didn't ask the staff for assistance to adjust it though (as I had a delayed flight and arrived late).

Very clean room, good value for money compared with other hotels in the area. Just a one night stay in transit, chosen for proximity to Ciampino airport/train station. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was generous with a good variety of fruit, cheese and meat and sweets.

You cannot switch on or off the air-conditioning. You must ask for help from the reception and they are closed at midnight. The breakfast could be richer.

It was a silent place to have a rest and sleep. There are supermarkets nearby. The receptionists Chiara was very kind and helpful.

The breakfast could be a bit better in terms of quality and quantity (if something ran out it wasn't replenished) and breakfast times longer. The area is rather devoid of interest but there's a Eurospin shop across the street for necessaries and a bus stop in front of the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from the reception. It's a few stops from Tor Vergata University but there's a walk along the highway to get to the campus.

Very clean hotel, good sized rooms and bathroom. Efficient staff. Very good coffee at breakfast. There's a vending machine for water and crisps or chocolate bars at reception. Comfortable beds.

The restaurant and bar are not open for evening. The information we read said there was a restaurant and bar available. We were told by staff that the restaurant and bar closed in 2019. They only serve breakfast.

in my presence, she commented that we are stupid in the Italian language, which is very simple and unprofessional, because I asked for extra towels because we didn't have them, and she didn't know that I understand a little bit of Italian. We are stupid guests, and she calls to ask when we are leaving the room, even though we have paid for two days.

The check-in time is at 16:00, we were stranded with our luggage on the street for 2 hours because the close from 14:00 – 16:00, but we spent the time in some local deli. The location is a bit far from the center however, it is a quiet green environment.
