Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

RomaniaOlder furniture and no AC, but it was not needed, were were at 1600m altitude :)
I see the low score here but honestly it was not so bad. Keeping in mind the area is very expensive, this hotel was good. It was a bit outdated, but the beds were ok, it was clean, great location, great staff. Overall it's a good option considering the area prices. Parking is tricky, but again, it was expected, given what we read about the area. Normally i would rate it a 7 but the 6.4 is really too low for what it offers, i wanted to boost it a bit :)

GermanyWhen I went to the lobby to ask for one missing towel set, the receptionist said, before I even remarked anything: " I have no other room". I guess this resumes our stay well. The room had been advertised as having a view, but the view was to a basement wall. I never asked for another room, but I checked and in the Booking platform, rooms were still available for that evening. The hotel needs some renovation done. The parking policy is not very transparent and should be more clear in the booking platform.. The first guests have a free place, the next ones can get a place for 15 € a night and the last ones can get a garage place for 30 €.
The surroundings and location of the hotel are great. The food at dinner was fine.

United KingdomThe hotel is starting to feel a bit tired with its decor and fixtures and fittings inside the room, although everything functioned. parking situation is a little odd, with some limited free spaces available, some charged behind a barrier and a garage available for further additional cost. The raft of paperwork the hotel wanted upon check-in , including wanting my full credit card details written down on a piece of paper, made me feel very uncomfortable indeed!

FranceHotel is in great need of updates. Beds are in great shape but the rest of the room and hotel is outdated. There are no decorations in the hotel, including all black walls in the restaurant with terrible florescent lighting. Only hotel we saw without any flowers on the terrasses. Rear terrasse in disrepair and quite ugly.
Good location and very quite nights for sleeping. Off the main road but not to far to walk to all the restaurants.

United KingdomHotel hotel was full because of Stella Rhonda not enough staff to accommodate booking in procedures not enough food at breakfast not replenished in time or enough of it appeared that everybody turned up for breakfast at the same time given that it was seller Rhonda this should have been anticipated as the hotel was full of cyclists on departure. The reception staff tried to charge €30 per night per car for parking. This was not made clear when we arrived and we told the parking was €15 after a conversation the hotel rescinded and we paid €15 but had we not argued the fact this would have been charged straight from our credit card?
Lovely setting and location. Hotel was clean. Rooms were basic but suited our needs.

AustraliaWe spent four days at Miramonti Corvara. The restaurant staff and reception staff were great. It is probably a little overpriced for the room- which was clean- but needed a little updating. Old furniture and a kitchenette, that was good, but no means of cleaning any dishes. The location was very good.

ItalyRidiculous policy for the parking space. If you don’t find any available space in front of the hotel you have to pay 15€ per day just beside the free designated space. Prices at the hotel bar are ridiculous too

United KingdomI felt they could manage restrictions in a more positive way. For example they have limited parking space, charge for using the kitchen facilities, and they ask 25 euros for breakfast. You could only feel what they were not willing to offer.

NorwayWhen ordering two rooms in this high price category I would expect the rooms to be the same quality. The room I got as organizer was on the fourth floor with no balcony and no ordinary windows. The bathroom was small and the shower in the bathtub with a slanting ceiling. I could not have showerhead over my head. Do not feel like kneeling to wash my hair in a hotel.
The staff in the restaurant are fantastic. Friendly, service minded. The food was good and some dishes were exceptional. Good breakfast. So in the end the staff serving in the restaurant made our stay a very nice experience.

United KingdomFor me I like modern rooms. I found it dated. Error in judgement on my part. It's not a hotel for solo travellers. Rooms are like alpine pensions for self catering. Location fine if you're self catering otherwise restaurants a bit far at night in icy snow conditions.

United StatesParking was a bit sparse and the hot tub was broken when we stayed which was disappointing for members of our group.
The hotel breakfast was EXCELLENT! Lots of delicious, fresh foods to chose from. We enjoyed it every day of our trip! Hotel is a nice 10 minute, scenic, walk to "town" and a 15 minute walk to the lifts but you can just leave your rentals at Bo Rentals so you don't even have to carry your gear.

Spacious family room. Fittings and furniture are dated but are clean and are still comfortable. The bathroom has been refurbished and is clean. The staff are friendly. Parking out the front if you are lucky enough to get, is free but if not there is a parking area with a gate that is $15 per day.. There is a ski shuttle bus across the road. The food (we had half board) which was very good.
