The only downside was the parking. We wanted to book an accomodation which has parking. We are a family with two little kids and carrying luggages from own parking space would have been nice. Unfortunately there was no available parking space by the time of our arrival. It should have been said that the number of parking spaces are limited. Anyways there is a free car park just 100 meters away from the Hotel so it was not a significant matter but it should be described.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had an excellent lakeview.

The view of the lake from our excellent balconied room was stunning. The staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful all week. The hotel had an excellent swimming pool. The breakfast was very good. Lenno and Tremezzo were easy walks away as were ferries to take you to all parts of the lake.

Comfortable, modern hotel in a good location overlooking Lake Como. I had questions about getting to Villa del Balbianello and the reception were able to organise a taxi to the jetty for the boat to the villa. Really helpful staff, very good restaurant and my lake view room was comfortable and spacious.

The view from the room is directly over the lake. Parking is by the hotel. easy to walk from the hotel to the ferry who can bring you across the lake to other cities/ places. Friendly staff..!

Everything, it was lovely and clean lovely staff location was great view from our room of the lake amazing good food. It was lovely to have the pool. We hope we can return one day.

I don’t know if they are collecting money for renevation or is it just making money for what they have now but it was dissapointment. The lakeview was there, but the busy road between the view wasn’t nice. Staff was great and kind!

Breakfast was terrible. save your money Stains on the bedding. they treat you like it’s a cheap hotel- surcharges for pool towels and infant cot. The views are beautiful but it is not very safe to walk anywhere from this hotel, it is on a very busy (and loud) road and right on a blind turn where the cars drive very fast. No kettle or coffee machine in the room.

The AC not properly working just like other hotels in Europe for some reason. Location is not bad, but it could've been better, you have to walk a bit to find something open after 7 o'clock. and note very where there crosswalks.(a problem from Italy not the hotel)

The room is great, it was big and clean, the room view was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly, they helped us from start to finish. The breakfast was full of options and was great. There was a swimming pool but didn't have the time to try it out, but it looked great.

You usually expect the hotels with such a great location and moderately-priced to be below average, and the rating high just because of the location, despite all the negative stuff, but with this hotel that's not the case - it's good as it is. The spacious parking. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Finally, the lake view is really there and it's stunning.

The transportation in Tremezzio is horrible. Unless you rent a car, it's impossible to move around. Calling a cab is also difficult. Walking on on the sidewalk is very dangerous, especially with kids.

The view is awesome. Hotel staff is friendly, but food and drinks are super expensive.

Too far from an area with restaurants (20 min. Walk on the road to Lenno), there is a few restaurants near by but the best and the nicest area was in Lenno by the lake and more restaurants to choose from. Restaurant at the hotel was way too expensive (it is cheaper in Lenno and the food is also better here).

The hotel is on the Main Street around Lake Como, so there is a fare amount of traffic noise. However, closed windows block out the sound.

We had a wonderful room with plenty of light, comfortable beds, and ample space for our clothes. The bathroom was good - it was well lit and the shower had fabulous water pressure. The pool was perfect, the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to have a spot to park our rental car. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the on-site restaurant.
