Nothing really. Ok rooms are a little bit dated but that adds to the charm.

Breakfast was very basic, with very few options to choose from every morning. Only book this hotel if breakfast isn't a big deal for you.

The location was great, the views too, and the experience of sleeping in a building from the 15th century is something special. The staff were very polite and we liked them immediately.

WiFi internet very poor. Room had 2 smart TV’s but neither worked as internet was so slow! It wouldn’t matter to many but we had a child and were back in the room at 9pm.

The single beds are very hard. The room and bathroom although clean is very dated. Steep walk up the hill from car park.

Location was great . We drove the car directly into the old town and unloaded our luggage. Very narrow streets. We had free parking below the old town. Rooms were warm . Breakfast was good , but basic.

First of all, what a very kind staff. They did the outmost to make it comfortable and made sure i would have a great stay. I got a free upgrade and the room was amazing. Very typical Tuscany style. The location just perfect and close to the piazza. Will come back if I am around.

One day the breakfast room was crowded and my table was in the sun. I left and came back later. That oculd not really be controlled by anyone. It worked out fine.

The staff were cordial..alwasy willing to go the extra mile! . The entry , breakfast area and my room were great!

Location is fabulous, except the steep walk up when the road is closed but good for cardio. Staff superb.

Shower nozzle was loose and was not working properly. A desk was too small.

Breakfast was my best experience. Food, views were very good! I suggest adding eggs on the table. Coffee machine was bad it didn’t taste anything.

The location is perfect! The inn keepers were so accommodating when we were delayed several hours due to an emergency room visit, causing us to arrive at night. The graciously came to check us in late at night. The breakfast room has wide-sweeping views overlooking the Tuscan scenery. Good breakfast and really accommodating - one day we ordered eggs. The rooms are a bit old, but charming after all! Bed was comfortable and temperature perfect.

Breakfast room has an amazing view of the whole hill side. The staff are wonderful and super helpful with any request, always willing to help. The location is AMAZING and very central.

Delicious breakfast selection- fruit salad, yoghurt, toast, pastries, meats and cheeses. Lovely friendly staff. Great location to main piazza.

Trying to get a taxi was impossible. At first the owner was a bit sarcastic when we asked about early dinner reservations. He ended up being much better as time went on but our first impression wasn't the best. As I said he redeemed himself further into the stay and located transportation for us. The person that transported us was very good and would recommend him anytime!

The room was quite basic but it had everything we needed and the staff were very pleasant.

The room was very spacious, good air con and lovely rooftop views. Staff were very accommodating, the breakfast room was very nice with fantastic views. There was an elevator and the hotel kept our luggage for us on the final day. We stayed for 4 nights and it was defiantly worth the larger room.
