The owner is super friendly, as well as all the staff! They were fine with an 11 pm check-in, helped us order some food late, and were very caring. The room is well-crafted, the entrance to the hotel, room, garage - all can be opened with one card key. There is a dedicated locked garage for bicycles. The breakfast was great. Thank you for everything!

Kind and very helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. Area was also nice - small town with cozy mediaval streets with nice athmosphere.

The lift is a bit smelly ! But we only needed it for our luggage.

As it was the busy holiday season, we were lucky to find a room here at the last minute. It was just a short 2 night stay, but it was fabulous - close to Torbole and its gorgeous beach on Lago del Garda, but far enough away to be peaceful without crowds of people. Comfortable room, and divine gelato available from the restaurant! And the staff were absolutely wonderful.

The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, as was the dinner with two menus and dessert. Very delicious. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. I recommend.

We get everything we need and even over expectations. Owner and all staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and we have everything we need, room service great. Breakfast was tasty, a lot food for all wishes. Very happy with our choice took breakfast in hotel. Also super restaurant in first floor - very comfortable, all dinners was great, staff very friedly, good communication. Owner helped us with advices, with bike rent etc. We are very thankfull for great experience in our holidays, all service and we will come back.

It was a very nice time for us it that hotel. Good location between beautiful mountains, close to the beaches of Garda Lake by car. The room useful and fully equiped (a small fridge, air condition, good Internet connection and nice conveniences like earplugs or toothbrushes :) ) . The Owner (The Host) runs the hotel in a very organized way, truly looking after his guests and responding their needs. He is a hardworking and at the same time a playful and funny person with good manners. Breakfast - very, very tasty. You can choose whatever you need, good choice of hams, cheese, and sweet things (croissants, cookies and also nuts and fruits). Delicious Coffee! It was a pleasure for us to celebrate each breakfast through almost 1 hour every day. I truly recommend that place :)

Balcony furniture was dirty. There is a busy road next to the hotel, which probably carries dust onto the balcony.

Unfortunately the ac wasn’t really working (in room 103). We were told that it is working but even after a few hours the rooms didn’t really cool down to the selected temperature. It was alright but would’ve been even better with the ac working accordingly.

Good location close to the bus station. Free trentino guest card (only after asking) to use for free bus rides.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the vicinity of the main street, the traffic is heavy and the windows are not soundproof.
