No parking available. Paid 60 euros to park in a private lot and unable to come and go. 1st room - toilet flush caused water to expel out into floor. Shower doors had no seal so floor was completely wet after use. New room was better but shower was so small it was difficult to enter. Did not have arrangements with a walkable beach where we could rent an umbrella and lounge chairs.

Nothing that the hotel did wrong, but the noise from the road was loud with horns beeping and engines revving (we had a sea view room). Clearer instructions / directions needed for the car park. We ended up using the underground parking for €30 for less than 24 hours. It's chaos outside the hotel to access the parking.

Bathroom was very old. Shower too small and water sprayed everywhere! Even when flushing the toilet- water splashed all over the floor. Bathroom could definitly do with an update.

It’s outdated and didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was pretty bad. Worse coffee I had the entire 1 month stay in Italy. The hotel must be on some British and German tour radar cause it was mostly them. So it didn’t feel like you were in Italy.

Nice grounds with flowers and two nice pools. Quiet and about a 10 minute stroll to the town center.

Our room was comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the beach. The breakfast room was bright offereing a substantial breakfast. The hotel is located above a few small shops, great for snacks & drinks. Close to the cable car, which takes you up to the top. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area!

Beautiful hotel super close to the main beaches, restaurants and parkings. The staff was friendly, the views from our room were breathtaking and also the breakfast was great to start the day with great quality of foods. I was delighted with our stay and would totally recommend.

Hard bed, leaky shower door, no space to sit comfortably in the room.

Location, just steps from the cable car to Taormina, short walk (and about 140 stairs steps) from Isolabella and several decent restaurants very close by. Our room was tight but had a lovely east-facing sunrise view of the bay with a couple of chairs on the balcony. Off-street parking at €10/day.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Location was perfect about 50m to the Cable car and beach access across the road. The rooms were simple but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and kept fresh and topped up. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly Recommend this place for your stay.
