The best hostel I have ever been. The breakfast is spectacular. The dependences are new and clean. And the best is the staff. They are really kind. At the checkout I left earlier than the regular and they left me some breakfast prepared to go.

The staff was very friendly and ready to assist you. Very clean establishment and enough personal space for ten people in the dorm. Shared toilet and showers always clean. Towels provided for rent for a price. Common area is indoor and outside on the balcony. Safe surroundings in the area and close to everything . Great experience and i recommend it to all.

There’s no sign of the hostel outside.

I can leave my luggage after I checked out. The breakfast looks classy. There are some equipments for working out. Location is in the center. It’s clean. They have modern lockers where you can keep your valuables.

I would have preferred to pay for breakfast and have more options to choose from, it's a personal opinion

1. The staff is always very willing to give their best, polite and friendly. 2. The structure is new with a minimalist decorative line, everything is very clean, tidy, the beds are of excellent quality and comfortable, sheets are of high quality and good, the air conditioning is excellent,a smoking terrace and a bar where you can drink and eat, there is no kitchen available for guests because the concept is different let's say it's a boutique hotel with some rooms to share. 3. A dinner prepared by Chef Pepe is served, a form of group cooking where guests participate. The price is reasonable with high quality food as is breakfast. 4.The location is perfect surrounded by multiple shops, bars, restaurants. 5. Whatever the price, it is worth staying there.

The bedding is a bit old, yellowish color at somewhere. And not allowed to use kitchen, I don't need to cook, but if provide some bowls to heat takeouts would be better.

The structure and location of the hostel were just perfect. The room was very clean and wide. The best part of the whole stay was the welcoming and helpful of the staff. Specially Manu helped me with many doubts I had and was very attentive to make me feel confortable during the stay. Recommend strongly to stay there when in Palermo.

A little bit tricky new self registration system which is still testing. But receptionist can register guests without it.

New hostel with good italian breakfast. This hostel is in old town of Palermo, good strategic location. Funny room with 2 AC/heater. Helpful and friendly receptionist. The place is really good for solo travellers, price is not high. I really recommend this hostel.

They charged me for towels (small price) but on booking was written that are included. I wasn’t sure by the check in moment and I didn’t mentioned it so I assume the receptionist just did a mistake.

The feedback here is so they can improve cause I think they are doing great but a little extra can make this place top-notch. 1. The top bunk beds have no protective barrier and the stairs are kinda difficult to climb. One night several people were snorting and a rude guest decided to shake all the beds to make them stop and sprayed water. The hostel cannot do much about the guest, but I couldn’t sleep anymore and was scared to fall of the bed for the rest of the stay. I ended up paying a private room. 2. The men shower facilities were overflowing all the time during my stay. I think it requires only a simple fix to prevent this from happening, you just need to be a bit handy to make proper barriers. 3. Electronic light switches, they might seem great to save energy but if not set well, you end up having to wave regularly when sitting on the toilet or put your hand outside the curtain when showering. Otherwise you are suddenly in the dark. I really hope these points are taken to heart cause the people were lovely and I want the best for them and their hostel.

They had great breakfast, the staff was very helpful and nice, the place looks good as well and WiFi is good. What stood out most for me is the staff: I had a medical emergency and even after calling the ambulance they helped me and made sure I was ok.

I enjoyed amazing delicious breakfasts and great dinners. Very helpful and kind Veronica and Emanuele made the whole stay fantastic. Hostel has a good location. Everything was clean, comfy beds, quiet rooms. I highly reccommend this place. :)
