Not too many facilities bit it was a nice place to sleep which is all we really needed and our needs were met. Also was given a fresh espresso in the morning so not much to complain about if anything!

You need a car to get there. Rooms need some amenities like a wall mounted stand to hang stuff in the room and bathroom (towels). Some glasses would be nice as well. Small things.

The neighbour building looked like a migrant accomodation. The people there didn't disturb us, but sometimes they were noisy.

The beds are very good, and the rooms are quiet, this place is belonging to Sondalo, it is a small village, therefore there are few things. But Sondalo is only 3km away, where you have everything you need. The staff was pleasant, we could store the bikes in the room.

Booking.com reservation confirmation stated there was a 50% prepayment upon reservation which caused confusion as no such payment was made but the whole stay was paid on site. The owner of the property was apparently not at all aware of this prepayment policy by Booking.com and was very upset when questioned about it upon payment.

The product not exactly as offered ( in regards to one bedroom instead of two bedrooms booked)

We booked a two bedroom apartment but were given one bedroom for two couples and bunk beds, it came out a bit awkward with no discount for this inconvenience. the kitchen was modestly equipped but had all the amenities and the charming owner gave us a moka coffee machine at our request. Generally ok, the price is low and the host is negotiable.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and carrying. The room was spacious, area very quiet and beautiful. Great value for the price! For a longer stay, if happens next time, I'd better take an apartment or a studio with the kitchen.

. At mid September, even though the hostel has restaurant facilities, it was unavailable for lunch and dinner. No shower gel in the bathroom, just a soap bar. Not very convinient.... Walls made out of paper

I was contacted 1 hour before arriving to be told that my room was no more available and I had another one 5 km away. The host was very kind to take me there by car, but the new hotel where I stayed was not good. the room was on the road so very noisy. The shower did not work well. the only good thing is that it was close to a supermarket, a bar and a restaurant

Everything was old like grandma's old. the blankets the pillows the furniture the bathroom, the everything. Not traditional, but like, destroyed old. The towels you can tell how old they were, plus one of them had some old blood on it, probably the washing machine didn't take it out. We didn't sleep well of course as we couldn't relax. We were trying to avoid to let the blankets touch our face on our sleep. The shower was broken, and the water didn't drain, like not at all, so we were showering and our feet were covered of water. The plugs were broken. There were naked cables on the room. Everything was a bit destroyed. In general, we 100% regret it. We didn't relax a moment as we trying to avoid touching everything. We booked it for only a night so the next day left as soon as we could. I am not someone that is demanding something crazy. But I am just paying for a night to sleep on a clean sheet, take a safe and clean shower, and everything else is ok if are not perfect. At some point booking need to start taking out these properties. We paid for this accommodation. At least respect us. Give us a towel without blood. Something.

I am not sure If I liked anything. If you have a car, maybe the location was ok.
