I have problem to find entrance to the accommodation.

It is nice and simple for few nights. Quiet area. Easy accessible via bus from the station. Breakfast was good and simple too.

Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily. However, there was mold in the ceiling and lower bed area. I felt unwell after 3 days in the B&B.

Self service: mini cake and mini croissant, with juices and coffee/tea facilities. There was a gas cooker too in the open breakfast area lounge

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The room had a distinctly bad smell, even after leaving the window open for more hours. There was mold just below the windows.

The location was good, quite close to the centre, in a very quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was a nice addition.

The walls are paper thin. There are a bunch of rules, like in a hostel. The air conditioning unit did not work. There is no real breakfast; the "Italian breakfast" consists of snacks wrapped in plastic in the kitchen. The price was double what it should have been.

The location is only 15 minutes from the Pisa tower center and only 15 minutes from the smaller Pisa S. Rossore train station. It's located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The shared bathroom has all you need, a shower, bidet, toilet, sink. I never met the host, I picked up the keys from a box using a code.

The shared bathroom was one bathroom between 4 bedrooms, all with more than one person in so was a little tricky at times. Also bring bug repellent as there are lots of mosquitoes in this area!

We woke up too early each morning to have the main breakfast (served between 8-10am), but there was a selection of pastries and biscuits that were available all the time so we had those which was good.

Unfortunately the bed was a matress on top of 2 single beds pushed together. This made the bed very soft. Felt like sleeping in a marshmallow. This is not necessarily a problem for everyone, up for preference. The shower door was a little moldy, and the water went down the drain slowly, so we had to hurry with the shower, so it would not overflow.

The location was nice. The kitchen and the room was also very good. I also give bonus points for the stafff for giving us a detailed description on how to get to get inside our rooms in the middle of the night on our own.

Even though no one was there to guide us, proper instructions were given before check-in. Breakfast was there in the kitchen and we got some good varieties of cakes and snacks. A washing machine was also there in the toilet and it was also clean. The rooms were also good and had enough blankets. The only issues was that we didn't have enough plug points.

It was a good place, with great staff, very near the leaning tower. the only problem was the cleanliness of the room and especially the duvet, and no real breakfast. I would go to this place again! Grazie.

Kitchen utensils like the kettle were dirty with milk remains. There is not curtains or blinds in the room so that you can see street lights all the time and difficult.to sleep. You have to pay 1.5€ per day per person for every night you stay which was not mentioned before. The room is not sound proof. You cannot talk loudly and you will always hear noise from other rooms The location was a bit far away from the city and is very empty and quiet during night to walk which was a bit terrifying. You need to depend on public transport to reach the pisa central ( more than 30 mins walk to central)
