Few nights there was an awful smell coming from sewage system in the bathroom. Still, this does not reduce our score of 10. Also, our room was right next to the exit door to staircase - everyone starting to walk and slam the doors at 7am wasn't very quiet, but ear plugs helped here.

Clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast selection. Good location to go to Venice - few minutes to walk to the bus. Free car parking. Good pool and great staff.

The gym is quite small but over all good if you need to do a quick workout.

It’s very close to the airport if you need a short stay before moving on to another destination. Friendly staff.

I thought rooms were not very sound proofed- we could hear a lot from the room next door, however it might have been bad luck and just noisy neighbours.

Very comfy rooms and great beds! Good starting point for visit in Venice. Spacious parking. Good breakfast

Public toilets were in the basement and nowhere near the pool. They do provide a collection service from the train station but not at our arrival time.

We couldn t use the pool, because its working 11-19.30. We arrived at 19 p.m, so couldn t use it in the evening. Checkout is till 11 a.m, so we couldn t use it again 😅 I didn t see the working time before i booked.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos clean, and comfortable.

Far away from bus to Venice, industrial zone and big highway near the hotel. And very hard mattresses, I really can not sleep on them, my advice to administration of hotel: pls change mattresses at least in half of rooms, or comfort/deluxe rooms, that will make some higher standards of your hotel.

Very helpful staff! Very clean rooms, good furnished, swimming pool outside, normal breakfast. It stands every cent of price.

The breakfast was very good, the area is a suburbian but if you walk a few meters you'll find a pizzeria and an exceptional ice cream shop. The room of the hotel were perect: big, clean and beautiful.

A bit old bathroom. Not very soundproof, you could easily hear people outside of your room. We were also unlucky with our neighbors; they were being very loud while checking out very early in the morning. It was also a bit of a hassle to get to the bus that drove to Venice. But helpful staff that did their best.

Location is a bit meh in a big roundabout and next to a gas station. Getting to Venice city centre from there is not easy by public transport (you need to walk quite a lot through a rather industrial neighbourhood to reach a bus station).

Nothing out of ordinary decent hotel and decent breakfast, quite alright, can't really go wrong with it.

Noise from the highway is pretty loud, so if you’re a light sleeper that might keep you up.

Very clean, very easy to get to Venice from the Hotel. Breakfast was sufficient for 2 days, as a vegan I had a few nice options - not too many but enough for 2 days (vegan blueberry croissants, soy milk & almond milk, cereal, baked beans, bread). We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice :)

Would have liked reception staff to inform us that we would be exempt from paying the €10 per person Venice tourist tax Luckily a helpful person showed us how to complete a lengthy process at the stand on arrival to Venice, to print off our details, as we were staying in a local hotel so had already paid the city tax. Very limited places to eat in the surrounding area. Found 1 great restaurant Al Calesse and 1 great Pizza takeaway within a short walk.

The hotel is beautiful however can be very difficult to find, location is out of the way from bus routes. First day would recommend taxi as google maps took us to a hotel opposite the one we booked and needed taxi as inaccessible by foot. Could do with good signposting from the bus stop to the hotel, so taxi is better on the first day

The room was very smart, specious and very clean, cleaned every day, staff were amazing, room had kettle coffee however could have done with proper tea cups as compared to paper cups in the room
