How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Fantastic experience! Wonderful hosts and the apartment equipped with all you need and more. Super clean, big high ceiling rooms, beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds and extras in the kitchen. Great location too, easy access to the airport and the city, very peaceful street. Cannot recommend more!

Very friendly and accommodating hosts — we arrived late at night and they went out of their way to order a pizza for us and give us a complementary bottle of wine! The apartment was excellent, clean, spacious. It was also a 3 min drive from Pisa airport and very easy to get to.

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, has very comfortable beds & is spotlessly clean. The owners were really lovely and would make us want to return ! We enjoyed Alice’s stunning piano playing from the garden while enjoying a BBQ. A real treat ! Barbara and Paolo even set up furniture and equipment for us. All in all a great experience. Thank you 🙏😊

Small complaint but no aircon in smallest bedroom - just a fan. Youngest son was roasting!
Amazing property with everything you could want. Fabulous location near to train station and airport. Hosts were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again if we go to Pisa.

The friendly welcome, the fact that basic groceries, milk and coffee were provided after a long trip, the care Alice took to meet our every need - she even provided us with a shopping bag and phoned a pizzeria for us. The rooms were very spacious and tastefully decorated and comfortable. The apartment was perfectly located near Pisa airport with the added bonus of free on-street parking, and was close to a supermarket and restaurants. I would highly recommend Holiday Vibes for either a stop-over or as an ideal base for a longer holiday to explore Tuscany. Thank you, Alice, for a wonderful start to our holiday!

Great apartment with three big bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms! It was air conditioned when we came. Hosts were amazing and super friendly. We got water and snacks in the fridge. Nespresso coffee machine. We had a great stay and we hope we will come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Pisa! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Excellent apartment very close to the Train Station, City Center and Airport. The host is very kind. We arrived early and we could leave our luggage till the check in time. The apartment is huge, very stilish and clean.

We were greeted on arrival by the owner, she gave us some restaurant tips and a map of Pisa, The apartment was one of the cleanest we have ever been in. Lots of little extras that surprise and delight. The perfect choice I highly recommend.

Location was so convenient beside pisa centrale station and airport. Apartment was spotless, comfortable, very safe and had excellent facilities. The kids appreciated the shared garden at the rear of the house. Wonderful, helpful host.

Property was extremely modern, clean and comfortable. The family left water and wine in the fridge which is so appreciative when you have been travelling as you are thirsty on arrival. Family were welcoming and polite. Towels were fluffy and beds really comfy. 10 mins from airport and train station.

Nothing. The stay was perfect. I liked the location , away from the crowded Tower of Pisa area. It does not prevent us from visiting the Tower of Pisa as there are sufficient car parks in the Tower location.
The host stays on the ground floor and our apartment, up 15 steps of stairs, was a beautifully decorated , modern apartment. The first thing the kind hosts did was to reserve a car park lot right in front of the house for us. This allowed us to unload our luggage conveniently. They even helped us with our luggage up the apartment. The apartment was all you can ask for. The host was kind enough to leave a good stock of breakfast needs and a bottle of wine for our enjoyment. Kitchen was fully equipped and we did manage to cook a dinner for one of our nights. Their recommended restaurants for our other nights was also great especially Ristorante La Buca. The steak was one of the best I had in Italy.

The shower has no way to keep the water in and i made a huge water mess.
Lots of rooms, kitchem modern with all facilities, clean. Hists were very nice. Air con/ heater in most rooms.

Spiral metal staircase to front door may put some off, but very sturdy and gives a fab view from windows. Clearly detailed in owner description.
Excellent comms with owner re location and keys. Located in a quiet residenial area. Top tips from owner and fab extras in kitchen - enough coffee/milk for a longer stay (we only stayed one night). Walking distance between train station and airport (but not over flight path). 30 mins walk through centre to tower area, so lovely to settle in a quiet area away from the crowds. Highly recommended.

Great property which well suited our group (2 families - 4 adults and 3 kids). The accommodation was spotlessly clean and in a great location - within walking distance of Pisa airport, Pisa Centrale train station and the town centre. Our host left us a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits as well as coffee and milk for the Nespresso machine. We would definitely stay here again.
