The best location right in the middle of town. Valerio was the most amazing host you could ask for. They cleaned the room everyday, it was so spotless. We would 100% book this again

Absolutely nothing - it was all great!

I was greeted by a very sweet and kind man, Valerio. He was extremely pleasant and gave us a map to direct us to the best places to visit. When entering the room, we noticed right away how clean and tidy it was. All their rooms are cleaned daily and this really shows! Valerio was always available for questions and helped us wherever he could (such as lifting my giant suitcase up the stairs!) I have not met such a kind and pleasant host, and the room was wonderful! The location is also right in the centre, so you can literally walk out of the door and there are nice restaurants and shops everywhere. Despite this, we didn’t have any issues with noise at night! Would 100% recommend, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! Oh, I almost forgot to mention - he left us a note on the last night thanking us and leaving us a bottle of lovely white wine in the fridge with some snacks. He really went above and beyond!

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Sorrento Center. It is in the perfect location, very central but also felt secluded and was very clean. Valerio was a fantastic host and provided some great recommendations, was available for any help we needed and also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks on our final night. Couldn’t reccomend enough!

It s the perfect apartment located in the middle of Sorrento. Everything is nearby: the old town, the typical italian streets, the beach. At night it can be a bit noisy because every one is having a good time on the little streets, but if you close the window, you will sleep like a baby. I also have to mention Valerio, the host, who was the sweetest person ever. He helped us by recommending where to eat and what to visit in Sorrento and around the Amalfi coast. Also, he was a very fast texter and answered our questions at any time.

Fantastic accommodation, location, and host. Valerio could not have been any more accommodating. By far the best place we have stayed so far on our Euro trip. Bright, comfortable and clean room, a step away from all you need for a memorable stay in Sorrento....train, restaurants, beaches, ferry etc. Will recommend to all family and friends.

Superb location! In the heart of Sorrento and close to transit, shops and restaurants. Valerio is very friendly, super helpful and available .The room is efficient, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner works very well. The little gestures of candies and wine are a personal touch - all inline with an intimate stay.

Valerio (who runs this place) was a great, caring, and efficient host. He texted us a day before we reached and was able to answer any queries we had. Also, during our stay he constantly stayed in touch offering help at every stage. He even gave us a small gift when we left. We were touched by his warmth. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The Wifi was good and the location is excellent!!!!

Overall, this was a great place to stay in the heart of Sorrento, we just didn't realise it would be quite as noisy later at night and quite early in the mornings, but hey, that's not something that the hotel can control.

Valerio was a fantastic host and couldn't do enough for us! His communication was excellent, the room was exceptionally tidy, he provided recommendations for local restaurants and tours and also transport options. He also surprised us with a nice bottle of wine on our last night in Sorrento 😁 Grazie mille Valerio!!!

Nothing, everything was great!

We had a great stay at Holiday Sorrento Center and Valerio was a great host! From the beginning his communication was helpful and he even accommodated our later check in of 8pm due to an issue with our ferry schedule. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better and is walking distance to anywhere you would need in sorrento. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train and maybe 15 minutes from the ferry. The rooms are a nice size and we had a room with a balcony. The balcony was over a street with no cars so it was nice and quiet. Valerio even gave us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy to thank us for staying! We had a great day and would come back again!

Needs more signage inside the building. When you go in, there are stairs to the left and the office and rooms are through the door.

Great spot in the center of shopping and restaurants. Short walk to see the ocean and views of Naples and Vesuvius. Short walk to the buses, trains and taxis. Also short walk to pick up spots for tours. Very easy.
