It gets noisy a bit at night especially there was a football game one night. the area is surrounded by restaurants . but cannot complain becase of good location.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Rooms! Milena (staff) was really accommodating and welcoming. The room was cleaned every day and the staff members were lovely. Really well located in Florence with nice restaurant spots, grocery shops and coffees around. Highly recommend!

The are for showering was veeeery tight. It was clean, good hot water, but veeeery tight. Not the entire bathroom, just the showering area. I’m thin, but if I was fat, I wouldn’t fit.

We found some hair (not ours) on the floor and on some towels. I know it can happen as it is something easy to miss but it was upleasant. After our request they provided fresh towels.

While we had an overall pleasant stay, there were a few things that could be improved. This applies not only to this hotel but to many others in Italy as well. It would be great if they provided amenities such as slippers, shampoo, and body lotion. If you don’t bring these items with you, you’ll need to purchase them. Paying attention to these small details would really elevate their service to an exceptional level.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean, and the furniture looked new. The bed linens and sheets were spotless and well-ironed, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room also had a small fridge, a hairdryer, and a kettle, which were very convenient. The location was perfect—just a 5-10 minute walk to major attractions. Our room overlooked a charming narrow street, but the well-insulated windows and shutters kept out any noise or light, so it was very peaceful.

The air conditioning did not work properly so it became quite warm despite being set for 18 degrees. The shower is quite small but otherwise very manageable.

The air con takes a long time to cool the room down, but once it’s cooled it down it keeps cool! we were there during 34°C weekend, with lows of around 28°C overnight. The first night our room was hot, but it had cooled by the morning with the air con on.

Great location in the centre of Florence. Close to local amenities and sights. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Room was comfortable and clean. Blackout shutters and air con, as well as small fridge in room were a welcome addition. It’s really close to the train station too, for day trips out and airport transfers! Seen lots of people complaining about the lift - the Holiday Rooms are located on the second floor, the stairs are in a really good condition, and there is a lift there if you need it! Yes, the lift is a little slow, and yes you can only fit 2 people or 1 person and luggage at once, but you’re on holiday - so stop rushing and enjoy the quaintness of the place!

The elevator was very small and my child wouldn’t go it. Our room was on the second floor so the stairs were fine. Our room was also narrow so there wasn’t space for a bedside table.

We loved the location and felt the rooms were clean and safe. There was air conditioning, a mini fridge and coffee maker in our room. The building itself seemed to contain mostly, if not all, air bnbs. Their was also a laundry across the street so we could wash our clothes.
