The air conditioning was great, but one night for some reason the settings changed to freezing cold. The next night there was no problem. The shower in the room made me think a little about the ventilation.

Great location. Spacious parking carage. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had the most delicious apple juice ever. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the hotel fulfilled our request for a refrigerator. Air conditioning in the room is perfect for hot summer stays.

The beds were a bit on the hard side, and pillows flat (as is the standard in most hotels in Italy, in our experience).

Great location, close to the centre but away from the noise. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Room was modern and AC was perfectly cool! Comfortable balcony to sit on in the evening or dry towels during the day.

One thing we didn't love, and call me a prude, but I dont get the shower out in the open thing. You're at eye line with other buildings across the street and one level up from the street. and not everyone wants to shower in front of the person you're sharing a room with, put a curtain across the front and give people options.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday IV Gardan, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast is great. The room was quite spacious, and clean. Location was great, a very easy walk to the lake and centre of old town.

We had a scam WhatsApp message, allegaly from the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel, some low-life scum from India, who had hacked into Booking.com website, asking to confirm credit card details. You will have to do better than that India..v

Excellent location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and had wonderful views of the mountains. Parking was easy,even for me. The breakfast was good and varied and catered for all tastes.

My room was a nice room but I didn’t understand the decor concept. I felt like I was at a pediatric centre. My room had 2 sinks in the middle of the room. I don’t know if it was a cultural thing, but the sink in the bathroom is enough. Breakfast could have more fruit.

The staff is very friendly, the location amazing and the breakfast has homemade pies as well. I go to Riva almost 4 times per year, I believe it is by far the best overall property I have stayed at. Also they have parking whereas most hotels say they have and they don’t have enough parking spaces.
