Personally i loved everything. Just a notice for the people: not suitable for disabled people. A basic fitness is required to walk the stairs from the centre to the room (luggage and people are transferred with Fiat Panda while checking in and out)

From where to start... FANTASTIC place... The view...oh my God... Quite, extra romantic, so cozy... The decoration was so sweet. Quality of sleep...ok...from another planet... Laying in bed looking at the lake... Mikaela...the sweetest host ever...i adore her... The Fiat Panda experience was so amusing in the narrow paths.

We loved absolutely everything about the property, the stunning views from all windows and balconies, the stylish furniture, delicious breakfast with home made cakes also glute free cakes,and fruit from the garden. The most amazing was the ride to and from the home throughout the narrow streets which was so much fun. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Leaving after only 1 night.

A lovely apartment with extraordinary views on 2 sides over lake Como and the hills and villages. Not overlooked by anyone. I'm not sure there are other apartments in this world with more beautiful views. The apartment is beautifully furnished in an old style. It's a 10 minute stroll down 300 cobbled steps to the very small village and 20 minutes back up. Our lively host met us in the village, where parking was difficult and led us to her private parking there. She then transported us and our luggage up through the extremely narrow lanes to the apartment building, an old converted house towards the top of a hill, in her 4x4 Fiat Panda. She does the reverse trip on checkout. Breakfast is a good buffet spread on the landing table. Binoculars are provided for perusing the mountain villages and lakeside activities. 3 Euros a night for parking, 1.50 per night per person City tax payable in cash on checkout. WiFi 30Mbps.

Everything about this apartment is perfect. Starting from the moment you park your car, greeted and transported to the accommodation by the kind owners through the tiny roads in the historical village. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, despite the classical design. We had plans for the evening but ended up cancelling them, made dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and spent the evening on the balcony soaking up the views. The next morning, we had a delicious and fresh breakfast buffet waiting just outside our door. In total, this property gives a unique and special experience and not just a place to stay. I wish I could spend more time there and will surely visit again in the future.

Nothing, everything was perfect! If I have to name one little thing then its the low pressure in the shower but nothing they can do about it. And the charm of the place will make you forget about it.

Fantastic apartment with the best view ever! We loved the place, it felt like home. It’s a tiny village with a few good restaurants and an amazing view. Michaela made the best breakfast every day with vegetables from the garden and nice cakes and bread. And every day a different offer. She even picked us up from the parking to drive us to the upper part of the village with her super strong Fiat Panda. The whole experience was lovely, we booked 3 nights but could’ve easily stayed longer. Good beds, enough towels, a fridge, a freezer, wifi, laundry options, info about the area: everything you need!

We liked everything.

Very cute, authentic, clean and nice location in a small village with lots of charm. Lots of attention to details like little things you mostly forget but need. Spectacular views! Air-con available. 2 restaurants that one could reach by foot. Host is very nice and helpful. Not related to the property: One restaurant „tipi tipici“ was very good, the second one, in front of the church, less. Also be aware that as soon as you sit down in a restaurant they will charge 3€ per person, so if you just want a drink and the kids an ice cream it becomes a bit too much. Instead go to a bar and have that. People friendly most of the time. If you want to reach the lake by car it was very crowded and we spent lots of time to find parking. Driving through the small and narrow streets is nothing for anxious people.

Super clean, equipped with everything you might need, and has a beautiful view. Although it is located in a mountainous area, the hotel owner provides transportation with his own vehicle and drive through narrow streets as if you were on a fun little safari:) there is a private parking area available.

Holiday Home Liliana was just gorgeous. The view was incredible, the facilities were very adequate and the host was a delight. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was provided daily - delicious. And the laundry was an extra bonus. Getting there was an adventure - meeting the host at the car park and then driving up in the panda with our luggage was great. We can then walk back down (280 steps) to the piazza where there were three good restaurants and local store. Although if you don’t like the walk the host will shuttle you back and forth. You are in a good location to visit other places around the lake either by car or bus. Would recommend this accommodation thoroughly.

The surrounding area doesn’t have much by way of shops or restaurants but Como isn’t too far. It’s quite secluded.

The location was great in the mountains. It was very rustic but also very clean and functional. The host was fantastic. We had struggled to get to the property due to our own mistake but the host and her husband helps us our greatly. We are very grateful to them. I would definitely return to this location.
