The accommodation is tidy and super clean. It is also close to the Central Station and city. We liked our stay and would definitely recommend choosing this B&B.

Not a lot of services (restaurants, grocery stores etc) available nearby. There is however one cafe on the corner. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was very basic. It would help to have some protein such as eggs or cheese available.

Clean & comfortable. Common area was nice; it was usually quiet but also served as a gathering area with other guests. Bed was really comfy. Host Giorgia checked in regularly to ensure we had what we needed.

The flat is modern, clean and pleasant. It has everything you need - towels, hairdryer, toiletries, extra bed linen, large wardrobe, equipped kitchen, working RTV, household appliances. The place is quiet, there is a spacious living room, a kitchen and a balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning. The owner - Giorgia is friendly and very helpful. The flat is well connected, close to the central train station. There are many restaurants and cafes around. You will get to the old town and the promenade in about 20-30 minutes by walk. It was a pleasure to stay here. I highly recommend this place!

The only thing we missed was an iron.

Everything was perfect! Giorgia and her mother were very kind. Cleanliness, amenities, air conditioning. The room is not big, but enough, with all amenities. There is a common room with a kitchen and dining room, equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay. The place is located on a quiet street, close to the train station and the center and a grocery store. This is a place we would return to on our next stay in Bari, and which I would gladly recommend to my friends. Thank you Giorgia!

Everything was perfect! Super clean, quiet, Host Giorgia is great, nice personal and communication is easy! She helped us with parking for our rental car, restaurants. We had coffee at our disposal and nice atmosphere! Highly recommend and will visit again!

Other guests especially in the morning from 7-9:30 a.m. pretty loud in the living room, which was really close to our room where we slept. Having ear plugs with you is pretty recommendable. Nevertheless, there is a night rest disposed from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. or so, which is respected by most guests most of the time.

It’s the perfect stay especially if you have to leave early to Bari Centrale. It’s very close to it and it’s really nice to have coffee and something to eat before a juourney. The appartment is super-clean and spacious, the balcony view is stunning and the kitchen and bathroom excelently equipped.

I recently stayed at Holden Houses and was disappointed with the experience. The neighborhood felt unsafe at night, especially when walking to the center, which was quite far away. The accommodation was a room in someone’s apartment, and it was very small with a shared living room and kitchen that were quite smelly. There were strict quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, making us feel like we were prisoners.we had to sneak around in the dark. Noise from other rooms was easily heard, and the small elevator was problematic. Also it was difficult to find a parking space, unless you pay for a private. We were also asked to leave by 9 AM, and when we requested to leave our luggage for an hour, we were told to take it to the station instead. Overall, the stay was very expensive for the quality and hospitality provided. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. The other reviews maybe are fake
