Some curtains in the windows above the lounge area would be nice. If someone in a neighbouring place turned on outside lights it woke us up from the brightness. Also I received an unecessary number of reminder of check out and in capital letters way before I finished my stay- it created stress and made the winding down of the stay unpleasant

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

We stayed here for 1 night on a whistle stop trip to Lake Como and would highly recommend it. The interior of building is beautiful and it’s really well positioned just a 10 minute walk down to the lake past many bars, shops & restaurants. The area is very clean & safe and has a really good atmosphere. Staff were very helpful with check-in, allowing us to check in a little early as the room was ready, and directing us to the lockbox for the keys. We were also able to leave our bags in reception after check out the next day whilst we continued to explore the area before our flight home. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy and the location was excellent. Highly recommend.

No car parking was a challenge. We managed to park in blue area but it was residential at night which we hadn't seen any sign for or reference too when paying 22e a day. We got fine of 30e one night as parking in this area overnight was for residents only. We went to use the bicycles available to us but both were flat a staff member did try to fix them and were very helpful but couldn't so unfortunately we didn't get to use them which was disappointing.

Location, location,location. Excellent location in old town ro visit Como. Large room with all the comforts needed. Safe and secluded. Bottle of bubbles in fridge a nice touch. History of the place interesting.

Noise - the room is connected to another, you could hear every word of the people next door and even their snoring There is also a window which you cannot cover with the curtains, which those opposite and above can look directly into

It was a little noisy from other travellers on more than one occasion. the linen does need a refresh/update but none of that really matters when you stay in this fabulous place.

Loved the large space and the old building. The location could not be better in Como old town with loads of dining options.

Hot water didn’t last long.

Location was great. Staff was very accommodating when we asked to check in a bit early, we just met them at the office for the key. There was coffee, biscuits and prosecco waiting in the room. The one and only downside was the hot water was very fast to go, my husband and I were not able to take back to back showers before the hot water ran out.

The coffee corner was a little shabby and the fridge strangely located away from it. There was a door to the next room from where I stayed and unfortunately through it I could hear everything from conversations to baby crying, which was not ideal.

Very spacious and clean character room on the ground floor off a courtyard with a great large well appointed bathroom. Excellent location within the historic city walls.

Towels were very old. The shower cabin is very small. The glasses in the room were not clean. We washed everything ourselves.

As we had rain most days, the room was a little dark, the only natural light came through, the entrance doors (glass/French doors), we had to keep the lights on all the time. The TV room appeared to be an extension, although large full length glass windows, these were covered with thick voile curtains for privacy, so again, no natural light. There was a narrow step/cut out leading up to the bathroom which may be a trip hazard for some, just need to be careful (especially at night). A towel rail would have been helpful, (we draped towels over the chairs to dry). Plus small shelf in the bathroom would be useful. As the property is classed as deluxe, a couple of bottles of water on arrival would have been a nice touch.

Excellent location, in the heart of the Old Town, with nearby shops, cafes, etc, but still very quiet. Felt safe, situated in courtyard behind large wooden door with key entry. Large spacious apartment, modern bathroom/shower, small TV area with seating. Comfortable bed, very clean throughout. Tastefully decorated/Period theme. Due to stone walls the room kept fairly cool at night, although it wasn't particularly great weather during our stay. Coffee machine/ kettle & fridge provided/cutlery, etc.

We only had a couple of small issues which would have perfected the stay, but we still had a fantastic time. The lamp on the far side of the bed didn’t work. We only had enough toilet roll for one night, a spare roll or two would have been handy. Also, the hot water only lasted for 10 minutes each day, which wasn’t ideal for two sisters! Some more coffee would have been appreciated too haha

We loved the location and the charm. Before arrival we received a video tutorial on how to access the property, which was very handy. The courtyard was quiet, safe and peaceful, and right in the heart of Como. The welcome bottle of Prosecco and coffee was appreciated!

There was quite a high step into the bathroom and my husband has had a knee replacement and is awaiting knee replacement surgery on the other leg now so getting up in the night and making sure he was steady on his feet was a little challenging.

The location of the rooms is lovely, very central and feels very safe and secure. Como is lovely, plenty of shops and restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay here.

A long mirror would have been appreciated.

The apartment was conveniently situated. The size of the room and the indoor terrace was quite large. The bed was really comfortable. On a hot day the apartment was a pleasure to enter as it was much cooler than outside. I recommend this accommodation.

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. the mattress could not have been more than 2” thick. Entry into the shower and bathroom was up a steep step. while there was dishes there was no place or bin in which to wash them. the heating was erratic, it was switch off at first and then we came home to a night of 25C where we could not lower it.
