Clean room, super friendly staff, free snacks, map with tourist attractions nearby and very fast Internet made the stay very pleasant. Also, there are dozens of Italian restaurants and gelato places nearby. Highly recommend this place in the heart of Trastevere 🤩

During the night you can sometimes hear some sound from the street, however this is to be expected when the location is right in the middle of Trastevere. I was still able to get good sleep.

Maurizio was an amazing host! He waited for me at the accomocation for a while when I was running late, was always quick to respond, helped me with storing my luggage for some hours and helped me with recommendations for restaurants and wine shops! The location was great and right in the middle of Trastevere, so it was really easy to get to restaurants or bars. It was also easy to walk to the touristic attractions. The accomodation was spacious and all the needed facilities were available as well.

There was a lot of noise from the street below. However, earplugs were provided and we loved staying so close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is in a very fun, lively location.

The breakfast was conveniently close to our room, simple, and portable.

The staff was extremely accommodating allowing us to have a late check out which was when we had to leave to go to the airport. The room was clean and easily accessible. There is a lift that you can use to get your luggage up and down the stairs. AC was great and bathrooms were clean.

Room is definitely too cramped for 2 people, no proper place to deposit clothes, shower rose clogged and overall quite dirty.

This place was PERFECT and very reasonably priced. A fabulous position within easy walking distance of the historic centre, but also extremely well connected with public transport in every direction and a nearby taxi stand. My room opened onto a courtyard and was completely quiet day and night - so nice to be in a busy area yet to sleep well with the windows open to fresh air. (The rooms overlooking the street would have been pretty noisy, mind you that may not bother a young traveller keeping late hours, which is no longer me!). The rooms shared a common kitchen area which was pleasant, light, and well stocked for breakfast at any time (coffee machine, variety of teas, yoghurts, toast and croissants and biscuits). Everywhere in the Residenza was scrupulously clean. There were guide books and maps to review in the common area and the manager Maurizio was very helpful and friendly, with excellent English. I will happily stay here again!

Location near Santa Maria Church Heat and shower worked very well.

There was mold on the top of the shower and the water leaked out of the shower. The person that showed us the heat didn’t show us it correctly and we were using the wrong remote which turned on the AC not the heat. It was very cold and took us awhile to figure out. We had to message with the people to trouble shoot. They also wanted us to pay cash for the taxes which we did not know( it didn’t say on the booking) and we didn’t have cash. They were able to take a card after we were a little pushy about it.

We loved the location of this property. We were able to walk to almost everything. It was nice to have a fridge to store drinks and things in.

Location is great. In the thick of Trastevere. Very near old Rome cross river. Staff I met very friendly. Had access to yoghurts for early trip to Pompeii.

Situated on a busy street so some noise from people in the street in the early morning - 2 am (not the property’s fault obviously). Also be aware that the church bells go through the night (again, not the property’s fault).

Very small room (not quite what the pics represented), just enough room to walk around the bed.

Location was perfect for what we wanted, right around the corner from our favourite cafe and restaurant, fascinating historical laneways and architecture. Very helpful driver for commuting to and from main transport (for a fee, of course).
