Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location. There is a bus stop outside the hotel so it is very easy to access Venice and also the airport and other areas. The pool area is very nice and we had a lovely time in the spa before we left for our flight. Great breakfast and good food in the restaurant also.

The breakfast was great, room was a good size with comfortable beds, friendly staff. The hotel has a bus stop directly outside, a short bus trip and you are in Venice, very convenient.

Great location to explore venice but at the same time rest from the crowds. The service couldn't be better and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was a bit cold. It would have been nice to have been informed at check-in that reception could change the temperature if necessary.

We needed somewhere that was easily accessible by car but close to the centre and with good facilities to relax and unwind for a day. The staff, the room, the pool, and the restaurant were all perfect for our stay.

The restaurant and bar were nice, but both were pretty expensive, even by Venice standards. We took the bus from Venice , which was a little confusing and got off at the wrong stop. We had to walk along a busy highway with our luggage with two kids. Not fun! Also we didn’t realize these busses are unlike other busses in Italy, you have to tap when you get off or the continue to bill you for the entire route!! The shuttle to airport was not available until 7 am which was too late for us.

Our room was modern and clean. I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The hotel is in a pretty quiet area so our room on the second floor was pretty quiet.

The hotel was a short journey from the airport, also a short bus trip to water taxis to go into Venice. After a day walking around Venice in soaring heat it was nice to relax by the pool in peace and quiet. Food good rooms very clean spacious and staff lovely .

Beds were quite soft and pillows very uncomfortable. Aircon made a loud noise but I suspect the staff would have changed our room had I let them know.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. Shuttle to the airport was well priced and so helpful. Time to relax at the pool was so great and the spa was lovely. Restaurant staff were amazing and food was good. Hotel was very clean and I enjoyed using the gym. Bus stop is right outside the hotel and a short bus trip to Venice

This hotel was great for what we needed. Bus stop to Venice was just outside the hotel. It stops right into Venice and is very safe.the hotel provides the bus ticket for a cost of 3 Euro return. Last bus is at 1240am.Hotel has a restaurant and a bar which is not too expensive. We didn't do the breakfast so we can't commit on that. We went to the supermarket and bought our stuff there. This hotel is very good if you want to visit Venice.

Location was great in that was right on the bus route to Mestre and Venice. A return bus ticket to either location was Euro 6 round trip and could be purchased at the hotel desk and charged to your room account. The hotel rooms were well equipped and comfortable (KS beds) restaurant and bar were good value and breakfast offered great hot and cold choices

The side we stayed on looked out onto a factory, but unavoidable no doubt.

It was a really lovely well set out hotel, staff were beautiful and very friendly!
