Angelo, our host was very nice and he talked to us on whatsapp every day to see if we need anything. The apartment was very clean, same as in the photos, we had coffee, tea, everything we needed. Great apartment, great host!

Very clean, everything was in mint condition, the host's instruction was clear and punctual. Very convenient guest house close to Sapienza University. The neighborhood is lively, with a great selection for food and drink around.

It is not too close to the main attractions. The property is very dependent on the public transport. However, there is a metro station nearby and lots of bus stops.

It is very cozy, clean, modern. The check-in system is convenient for people who arrive late. The apartment has 2-3 bedrooms but we were not disturbed by the other guests and it was not an issue. The bedrooms are all with separate locks. The host was in contact with us for any questions and support.

We are very happy that we chose this place to stay, everything is at the highest level, cleanliness, location, unrealistically comfortable bed and pillows, the room has everything you need and even more, water, chocolates, tea, coffee. The sound proofing was a bit bad but not much of a problem

The location is very convenient, easy to reach from Termini station; the host was very responsive and helpful; if you are in Rome for the first time there are additional guides and suggestions provided; the room was very clean and comfortable

What could be improved is the number of power outlets in the room, especially near the bed. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better, as noise from the corridor and the street can be heard too easily

What I liked the most was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the excellent location, the high standard of cleanliness, and the overall quality and comfort of the room.

It is new, exceptionally comfortable, spotless. The host is very precise and kind. There are chocolates, bathroom supplies, and a very nice common room with many books.

Everything was spot on, the room was spacious, new and very clean. The bed was big and comfy and the bathroom was pristine. The area is nice and feels safe day and night, it's only 10-15 minutes away from all of the sights on the metro and there are some nice cafes/bakeries just below, Definetely worth staying here rather than in the centre, especially if you like a bit of peace. Angelo (host) and William (caretaker) we're both super friendly and helpful and made the stay easy and enjoyable.

everything was great; the personnel is very kind, the room was clean and quiet, the position was ideal for us (near Tiburtina train station and near the lively piazza Bologna). Also: great value for the money.
