For the price, the bathroom really needs a makeover - quite old and the shower in particular really needed attention and the door did not close.

Breakfast with views with a lot of variety on offer, very amicable staff, the hotel is very beautiful with a lot of intricate details and the rooms are spacious and cozy. The mini bar is very refreshing after a long hot day of sightseeing! We thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location is great, the room is really beautiful, the rooftop terrasse has an amazing view for sunset and the breakfast was amazing! I highly recommend Henry’s House and the staff is very nice and accommodating.

We loved absolutely everything but thought the overnight parking charge of €30 was high.

The most friendly and helpful staff! The location was top. The property is stunning and really charming every nook of the hotel is cool. The breakfast was beyond and included.

Shower compartment a bit too small !

Service was very good, staff friendliness and hotel location. The valet service for our car was so convenient and stress free! I would stay again at this property! Full of nice touches, welcoming drink and a fabulous balcony to enjoy the view!

There are cockroaches in the hotel, running both in the bathroom and in the room. This shocked us. We reported it to the reception. The staff member claimed that this was the first time it had happened and that she had never seen them on the island at all. We do not believe this to be true. As compensation, we were offered an additional welcome drink. They also offered to change our room, but it did not meet our requirement for separate beds. As much as we regret it because of all the other positive aspects, we would not return to this hotel due to the cockroaches.

The hotel has excellent staff, a very good location with a wonderful view, exceptionally good breakfast, a complimentary minibar, and a welcome drink.

Not the case, loved it.

Lovely hotel, made us love Ortigia even more. The staff is and kind all the time. We did not have a seaview room, but it was still very nice and good value. Delicious breakfast, on a beautiful terrace facing the sea. The whole building just has a great design, i totally recommend!

Excellent location on the island by the sea with sunset views. Wonderful breakfast with so much choice and relaxing on the terrace covered by grape vines was idillic. Staff so helpful, cheerful and helped us find restaurants too.

We didnt pay for a seaview which in hindsight we wish we had as our room was on the road side at ground level so it was quite dark. it was ok for us but there are quite a few steps from the breakfast room to the terrace

Location was great and it was fab having the terrace looking over the west to the sunset. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful.

The grapes weren’t ripe for eating yet!!

A beautiful boutique hotel with every space individually crafted. Very cosy. Outdoor lower terrace provides a wonderful space with grape vine shade for breakfasting and evening drinks from the bar. Lounge/bar inside lovely too. Staff so very friendly and attentive with check-in including a guide to Ortigia sights, restaurants, beaches, etc. A welcome drink always helps too! Staff organized all of our taxis from train station, Catania airport, Siracusa archeological site, etc. Making logistics easier.

The bathroom was small.

The staff were second to none. Extremely welcoming and lovely. The terrace area was a divine area to sit for the most amazing breakfast and an afternoon spritz.

This was a fantastic little hotel with a great view over the water. The staff were fantastic. I only wish I lived closer than Sydney I would visit more often.

Absolutely everything. The friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room and location, the delicious breakfast, I can go on and on. I have food allergies and they went out of their way to have the local bakery prepare stuff that was both dairy and soy free for my breakfast. This was the first and only place where I was able to indulge in a Sicilian treat.

Breakfast was great. The location was in the heart of the Island, with very easy access to the shoreline. The view from the room was spectacular.
