Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyThe fact that the washing machine was located in a small cleaning room in the corridor outside the apartment created some difficulties.
It was very easy self-check in. They sent very explanatory information and videos on this subject. When we arrived at the facility, the air conditioning was on. All rooms were very clean. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. I would especially like to thank Daniele, who responded immediately to all our questions and took great care of us.

The property was huge and very clean! Location was perfect; very close to a lot of things. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and accommodating! They allowed my pregnant wife and I to check in a little early with no hassle, and they allowed us to leave our bags at their office after check out while waiting for our train. We will definitely be staying with them the next time we’re in Milan!

NetherlandsA very minor point to mention that didn't affect our stay. It rained heavily one evening, and I noticed a small puddle of water in the living room. It dried on its own within two hours.
A charming street with many terraces, situated on the side of a canal. Within walking distance of the metro station. Plenty of coffee and tea are available. The coffee is delicious. The receptionist is very friendly and contacts you daily via WhatsApp to ask if you need help or advice. The self-check-in instructions are clearly filmed.

United StatesFinding the location and room proved a little difficult for us, although we found it eventually. The host was helpful with messages, but it was just hard to navigate. The didn't give us the directions and address ahead of time. We originally went to the location listed on the booking and it was 15 minutes away from the actual location. We had a car and parked at the train station. We ended up paying almost $100 for parking overnight. We misread the sign and didn't realize it would be that much. It would have been helpful have had a parking recommendation.
The location in the Navigli was wonderful. It is a very nice area of Milan. It is very close to the Metro and we were able to take the Metro to the Duomo and La Scala. The espresso machine was great for the morning. The room was spacious and comfortable.

United KingdomIt just so happened that there was some renovation work going on so I got woken up in the morning but I don't think that this is likely to generally be a problem.
The location was really good for me, just by the canal where there were lots of places to eat/drink and it was nice to walk along the canal. Also, it wasn't too far from the main tourist attractions and there was a metro station close by. The bed was really comfy and the host was really great with contact and making sure everything was OK. There was a basic kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge) and pans, plates etc. I had everything that I needed. I was also able to leave my bag in their office on the last day before catching my flight home which was helpful.
