The mattress was broken in one place. We stayed there only one night so it didn't bother us. The bed was big enough to avoid this spot. Apart from that everything was fine.

The manager was really nice and helpful. At the beginning he showed us the room, gave water (in bottles) and croissants. Then, he showed us the kitchen and proposed a coffee. At the end he ordered a taxi for us to lift us to the airport. We can't speak Italian so it helped us a lot. The room was clean and cozy. The AC looked like a new one and was clean for sure. I would recommend this place!

The room at night was very noisy due to the traffic and people up late in the main street. Not recommended for light sleepers.

The location is great go visit Pisa on foot - in particular the Pisa Tower is 5 minutes walking. The room was clean and with all amenities, there is even a common kitchen that can be used. It's a good option for the price. It is quite easy oto reach by car and there is parking (paying) in the street nearby (not provided by the hotel, but we found it with no problem).

The host sent us his whatsapp number in advance, which made it very easy to communicate . He waited for us as we were checking in late after 6pm. The neighborhood was safe. There are supermarkets closeby. Walkable distance to the attractions and train station. The rooms and the linen was very clean.

The room I has was at the front and it was a tad noisy at night and light from headlights cars came through the curtains - but these are v minor issues.

Tea, coffee, creamer and sugar provided in room and also in the kitchen. Chocolate filled croissants were an added bonus. A bottle of water and a kettle were most welcome. The room was huge and had air con and a ceiling fan. The showeroom was superb - body wash/shampoo and a hairdryer were provided. The location was just a few minutes walk from the Leaning Tower, shops, restaurants and cafes. An amazing place at an affordable price.

The owner is very welcoming and shows you around the apartment including access to a fully equipped kitchen. Room was large. I loved the location, right next to a busy roundabout, full of noise and interest. It did get quiet from 11pm to 7am so sleep was not a problem. The location is excellent for the historical sights. It was possible to safely park a motorcycle on the pavement outside the front gate.

Lovely place to stay in, when visiting Pisa. Situated in the heart of the city, on a 2 min. walking distance from Piazza del Duomo. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with kettle, tea and some croissants for your breakfast as a complement. There’s a kitchen that you can use to prepare your own meals and coffee machine with capsules, also as a complement. Our communication with the owner was flawless, easy and he was super kind and flexible for our delay upon arrival. Strongly recommending if you’re are staying in Pisa!

Absolutely amazing guest house, with all you may dream of! Close to the Pisa tower, as well as close to the train station, if you go further to Florence, for example. Supermarket is right nearby. Cafe with good pizza is also close. Personal greeted me very warm, and provided water and some snacks; coffee and everything else is available on a shared kitchen.

Very good location, just a few minute walk from the tower. We also found a public parking on the street. Cute, but not very quiet since it's on a very busy street. But perfect for a short stay. We could also use a common kitchen in the house.
