United KingdomThe area is a bit sketchy, a lot of suspicious people around. If you drive just make sure you find a parking space in front of the hotel or pay for the private parking. Also rooms don't have a fridge and the aircon is old and barely holding up.
It is clean and at a good price. The staff are really nice and helpful.

However, the hotel location itself was too far away from the city center (and even some 15-20 minutes of walk from the last Metro stop). For my group was convenient just because of the Festival we had nearby, otherwise, I would not consider this location if I need it just for short trips that involve sightseeing of Milano city center.

ItalyUnfortunately, the Wi-Fi and air conditioning were completely non-functional during my stay. Despite bringing this to the attention of the reception, no assistance was provided. It's misleading to advertise these amenities if they are not operational. Additionally, the property is located near a busy highway, resulting in significant noise—particularly disruptive during the summer months when cooling and quiet are essential. Combining all these issues made for a rather uncomfortable experience.
The room was reasonably spacious, which was a positive aspect. Although the location is quite far from the nearest metro line, the nightly rate offers good value for budget-conscious travelers.

Germany1. The location was really really far away from central station and other public transport. 2. The neighbourhood was not recommended (probably not really safe). 3. The highway nearby made too much noise at night, and the room facilities were not able to prevent the noise.
The staff were nice to early check-in customers, and the room was clean considering the standard of the hotel.
