The room had a smell of old furniture. There is a bar downstairs near the hotel, so when you enter it is noisy and a bit stinky. but in my room it is not noisy.

Overall, it's a good option for a couple of nights. Our plane was delayed and we didn't manage to check in until 24:00. We had to pay an extra 20 euros per person for waiting, although we ordered at 24:10, and only in cash.

It was quite noisy, you could hear other guests conversing very clearly throughout the night, the main door (of the rooms- 6th floor) opening could be heard clearly , and any other guests opening/closing their doors could be heard which sometimes was loud enough to wake us.

Very close to Termini, large room and plenty towels provided. The balcony of our room was also lovely and nice way to spend some evening time. Decent shower and clean throughout.

It was very noisy - the front door screeched loudly when people entered and the room doors were also very loud when using keys and turning handles. It was impossible to sleep through the night, even with earplugs.

The location was nice cause it is really close to the train station and also the metro, also the staff helped us handling our stuff (he let us drop our stuff after check out). Also, the air conditioner (at least for us in mid august) was absolutely amazing, felt really fresh and that was exactly what we needed.

The location is very good - close to the train station and metro, 30 min walking from the centre. The area is full with cozy restaurants and bars. Just next to the building is a bar full with young people where you can have breakfast.

The room was very VERY noisy we unfortunately didn’t get a single good nights sleep. Neighbours very noisy all through the night, walls paper thin.

The wifi did not work well and the area was very sketchy especially at night as a solo traveller. Also the walls were very thin and easy to hear other people and be heard.

It was within walking distance of the Termini train station and a metro station. It was incredibly clean and comfortable as well.

Very nice location -- a few blocks from Roma Termini, easy to arrive and depart, but not so close that it's crowded and noisy. Bar below is a nice place to relax at the end of a hot and tiring day in Rome.

Bathroom was so small it was difficult to fit in the shower. Room 610 - The shower head was broken so water went everywhere except on your body and there was no hot water. The advertised air conditioning was not ALLOWED to be used. He keeps the controls and said they are only for summer when he deems it hot enough. We could not close the windows due to temps and no air, but could not sleep due to street noise with them open. Advertised wifi… no wifi. The pillows were so hard and heavy we decided to take slips off to find out why. Removed 12 cleanish slips to get to 3 filthy ones and then found the pillow old, brown and disgusting. The man was simply awful to deal with.

The room I stayed in was very small and not very clean. Same applies for the bathroom. The shower was so small I cannot imagine anyone big to fit in there. The shower head is attached to the wall so no possibility to grab it. Each time you will wet your hair. The water stream is also quite weak. If you have long hair it can be really difficult to rinse the shampoo from your hair. Also be prepared to have a deducted amount of money with you to pay the city tax when you do the check-in. The host will require it instantly during the check-in. The host told me I'm getting air conditioning for free if I turn it off each time I leave my room. Well, sir I don't know if it's an Italian thing to tell such nonsense. I paid for it doing my reservation. Air conditioning is a standard now at most hotels 😅 Worth mentioning is that I was woken up each day at a very early morning about 6-7 am. Walls are paper thin. So don't count for a good need sleep. All in all, if you're on a very limited budget then you may consider it for staying. But on the other hand it wasn't that cheap. For this standard it could have been cheaper.

It's pretty close to the Termini Station. There're a lot of restaurants nearby. The host waited for me till midnight to do the check-in. That was a nice a gesture. An ensuite bathroom with a window and a hair dryer. A balcony with roller blinds. The bed wasn't that bad. Fast wifi, but you need to ask the host for it.

The bathroom was too small, no place to hang your towels and put your staff. The room was not cleaned up at all and the sheets and towels were not changed during the six days I stayed. There was no staff to supervise how things were going.
