The woman in charge opened our room with her own key few times right after knocking the door. I just could imagine that what if we were naked or something… Didn’t like that. You should knock few times before! There’s no kitchen

There are 3-4 rooms with private bathrooms. The bathrooms are outside the rooms, on the hall, and you access in with your private key. Anyway for 2,3 days of stay it is not a big deal.

Nice location, 12 min away from central train station, near the old city, near to all facilities, just few meters walks you can find everything you need, clubs, minimarkets, shops, etc...a clean place! The owner was there anytime to give you infos about anything! Firenze is a lovely city with lovely people!

There aren't any obvious drawbacks.

The location is kind of convenient, not a long walk from the train station. It is also convenient to go out to play. The soundproofing of the room and the windows is good, at first I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but we slept well. Provided two bottles of free water in the fridge is grateful especially after we walked when we arrived.

It's a few minutes walk from the center. If you like walking, you can reach the center in 15-20 minutes.

I liked the cleanliness of room 104, the large living room, and a good bedroom are very important.3 people will fit in perfectly.Everything is organized, tidy, I definitely recommend staying here.

Price-quality complies fully

Everything was excellent! Big fridge, kitchenette with everything you need, good shower, big comfy bed, good wi-fi. Nothing more is needed in Florence! From the station one tram stop or 10 minutes walk. Near (5 minutes) Carrefour Express, and behind the bridge (15 minutes) a large supermarket.

It’s not very sound proof. But i’d say none of the 3 places we stayed in Italy were. So, maybe it’s a common thing for hotel rooms. The bathrooms are separated from the bedroom and it’s really cold especially when we stayed there during winter.

The place was only 10 mins walk to/from train station and 20 mins-30 mins walk to the center (touristy area). Bathroom looks new.

The description of the rooms is deceiving as it does not specify that all bathrooms are outside the rooms. Also, we were told by e-mail that the city tax needed to be paid by leaving cash in the room, which can be a hassle if you don't have cash on you.

We were happy with our room (104) as it includes a little living room with a table and a small kitchen, where we could have breakfast and dinner. For the price, it was a good deal.

It's near a busy road, so it's likely you'll hear some cars and people through the walls despite how thick they are. Rooms 102 & 101 share bathrooms which wasn't really mentioned anywhere. The wall under the AC looks a bit weird (water damage?) - the owners should really get that looked at.

Really close to the train station - a 5-10 minutes walk. The tourist-y side of Florence isn't too far either. The bed was pretty comfortable and the A/C was really useful considering we stayed during a heatwave.

There is no reception or personal contact with the host. Host sent me access information by email last minute (1 hour before my arrival) and since I had no wifi, I had to ask for help at a coffee shop to call the host. It was a stressful arrival and it was very hot outside. Once access was resolved with the codes needed to access building and apartment, all went well. Also, if you stay in Florence few days the city hosting tax is expensive (more than in other Italian cities) and needs to be paid cash in addition to the room. I did not know that before getting there.

Walking distance to main attractions in Florence and to central meeting points for guided tours, very clean property and comfortable large double bed. A/C. Nearby coffee shop and great Italian style burger place called Arnold's (across the street from the building). Nice room fridge.

Room 101 and 102 share a bathroom, which was not clarified in the booking information—as I was traveling for work and had strict time deadlines to meet, I had to be up much earlier than normally necessary to ensure that I would be able to use the bathroom before heading to work.

Location was great and walkable to everything. The rooms are kept very clean.

Bathroom detached from apartment room is slightly annoying but not too bad as it is just the next door over.

Room had a kitchen and was big enough to walk around and not be crammed. Good location relatively close to train station. Bathroom was nice and room was nice.

Accomodation was clean and neat. Aircon works well and bathroom was just across the room. Good communication. All sights are walkable.

Room was on first floor adjacent to a complicated traffic intersection, which is very busy during morning and afternoon peak hours. 3 police officers assist traffic control at this time. I was up early to explore and the noise in the afternoon was bearable. Small supply of coffee was in adequate. Some UHT milk in the fridge would be welcomed by a weary traveller.

Room is in good location, 15 minutes easy walk to train station and city centre. Many points of interest close by. Bakery and Cafe on nearby corner, good mini market 3 minutes walk. Many trattoria and cafe close by. Room and shared bathroom were very clean and functional. Good wi fi and small desk. Host was very helpful, answered messages promptly and followed up with me after my arrival. Instructions for unattended entry were very good.

No staff on premises, so the stay feels very impersonal. But they were responsive on the booking chat, which was helpful.

The only negative aspect was that the people staying in the other room, where we shared a bathroom, was not clean and was not cleaned on our second day. Also, the next room made a lot of noise and we were disturbed because the insulation was poor.

The owner of the facility had very good communication with us. Also, the facility was as in the images and its location was good.

The bathroom was separate to the room, we also had to share a bathroom with another room, so we could’ve leave our things in the bathroom. Also the bathroom is tiny! The shower is so small. Hard to get changed in the bathroom because of the size, but you also don’t want to have to walk out in the hallway because you could run into other guests.
