The hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing and welcoming. Furthermore, they provided complimentary breakfast and water. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the city center, shops, and restaurants.

Location. Best part as it was less than 100 metres from the main square and funicular in capri. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms with all toiletries. Air conditioning was very good.

The staff were so helpful and kind. We really appreciated our time there. We travelled with our two kids. They also loved the experience. Great location!

You could hear the people next to you and also the streets were very noisy with partying people. The person we would ask question of via WhatsApp was not helpful and gave the wrong or no information.

Rooms were basic but VERY clean and cool temperature. The staff on-site is 10/10

This place was amazing!! Right in the center of town, easy to find, very clean and pretty rooms. The owner was great, he offered us breakfast and made sure we got checked in smoothly. Highly recommend !!

The owner was very kind! When our initial plans got derailed due to weather, he helped us figure out an alternative. We also checked in about an hour early and he let us put our bags in the room while they finished cleaning. The room was small, but that was expected when we booked. The room and bathroom very clean and well maintained. The location is right off the main square in Capri so it has great walkability to restaurants and shops on the island. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Staying at La Piazzetta in Capri was beyond what I could have imagined! The host was simply incredible—kind, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast he would make us was amazing every single time and it felt like he truly made it with care and intention. He accommodated everything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect. From helping with restaurant reservations to providing us with a map and personalized directions, he made exploring Capri so easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the personal touch—he even took care of our laundry, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also made wonderful friends with the owner of the restaurant Al Grottino, who was equally welcoming and warm. The host’s kindness and generosity truly made my experience in Capri unforgettable—10000 times better than I ever thought it could be. I cannot recommend La Piazzetta enough—amazing host, amazing hotel, and an unforgettable experience!

Bathroom was a little small but adequate for our needs for a short stay.

It was clean and in a great location near the center of the town. Staff was friendly and attentive and we had a great full breakfast on the rooftop terrace (included). Price was good.

I knew there were steps to get to the B&B and it was fine for us. Just want others to know there are several steps to climb to get to the entrance. (About 1-2 full flights). But was not bad.

Veejay was wonderful. Great personality, welcoming, and ensured we had what we needed. Breakfast was served on the terrace-nice touch. Good conversation with him to learn a bit more about the island.
