Door of the building is locked and there is no sign for hotel. We needed to ask workers from bakery nearby for help. Without them probably we will still searching for our accommodation. The bathroom sink is small and you get everything wet when you wash your hands Wardrobe is too old, from the last century The room needs painting.

Friendly staff, they make us coffee on arrival. They let us to do check in at 10am (regularly is from 2pm). Close to metro station and Termini station but not on the station with lot of people (5-7 minutes by walk). Accommodation includes 5 apartments and in the common room is coffee machine that you can use. The staff refilled the coffee all the time.

Unexpected "tax" of 28 euros on top of the price paid for the room, misleading photos depicting a single king-size bed, where in fact it was two joint single beds.

It was a very small room for our family and for the price. The bedroom barely fitted in the double bed and bunk beds. Bathroom was tiny and the door didn’t open and close properly because there wasn’t a handle on one side. The beds weren’t properly made. One of the bunk beds only had a sheet on it. We found a stained scratchy blanket with cigarette burn holes in it. We didn’t receive clean towels or any staff member for the 4 days we were there except on the first day when we checked in.

It was close to places- within 20mins walking distance.

First of all we didn't have hot water for our entire stay. We haven't received new room, cause the problem was related to all of them. We were not able to take our money back so we can move to another hotel. The wall in the "bedroom" was wet and moldy. There were unsecured electric cables in the bathroom. Instead of having real double bed we had two beds connected where there were no possibility to hug each other and sleep well because of the gap between the beds. The internet doesn't work as well. When I asked for refund they hang up the phone and never answered again.

The location is good. Close enough from Roma Termini and far enough to be clean and no bad looking people around.

The shower caps were missing, there was no shampoo at all and only 4 soaps were enough, the bathroom was very small, the trash cans were full and no one changed them. There were no slippers to stay in the room. The reception did not exist and created a feeling of insecurity.

Apartment itself, pictures in booking were made when apartment was new. Now the mattress was dirty, bed sheets old and with holes. Room walls were dirty. and in bathroom electricity contacts were covered with tape. when we requested for extra blanket we didnt get any response from stuff.

Provided towels were dirty and stained. There was a kettle in room but no cups or mugs. Nil kitchen facilities. The mattress was dirty and bed sheets were ripped. The shower cubicle was claustrophobically small. In the evening like 8-9 pm the water in shower was nearly cold. We booked double room, our beds was in fact 2 single bed pushed together, so cuddling with other half was impossible as the beds were drifting away from each other. The pillows were externally uncomfortable. On top of the price we had to pay additional 42€ for taxes. Strongly don’t recommend this place. Not worth the price.

It was literally a dump- dirty walls , dirty floor and terrible smells. Old bed sheets. Non-working hair dryer. Insects roaming on the floor. Highly disappointing and highly recommend not booking this place.

I had a disappointing experience at this guest house as it was not cleaned at all and the facilities were awful. There was no electricity in the bathroom, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I was not satisfied with the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities provided. I hope the management takes steps to improve the conditions for future guests.

The bathroom was a little small, but definitely doable. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it so it was a little uncomfy.

Dirty, mouldy, run down. Falling apart pillow slips (extremely worn and thin), a toilet seat that was not attached to the toilet (very difficult to use, sliding around, falling off), no utensils or dishes ( were given single use plastic when requested 😞) Dirty chipped walls in need of cleaning and painting.

1. The rooms really need updating. They looked amazing in the photos but in reality it was very rough around the edges, dodgy paint job, cracked tiles etc. 2. Cigarette burns on the blankets.. 3. On our first morning waking up there, there was loud continuous banging on the door at 10am. My boyfriend and I were fast asleep as our flight was at 5am the morning before that and we hadn’t slept at all. Anyway, my boyfriend opened the door and the receptionist (male) came straight in the door with another man carrying a toolbox saying they had to fix something in the bathroom. We hadn’t been told about any problem, hadn’t reported any problem either and to be woken up abruptly by two men coming into our room I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. Luckily I was decent! My boyfriend asked them to leave and without apologising they just walked out. 4. No full length mirror. 5. The red plastic-covered couch in the room was very clinical and not cosy.
