I had difficult to open the door. The door locker looks no intuitive, as far I followed the instructions. Then the propriety sent a video, it was helpful.

Location is good. 7 minutes walking to train station and 5 minutes to the supermarket market.

To be fair, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Being picky - the safe in our room was a bit temperamental (we did inform the owners) but no issues as our friends had one of the other rooms and so we used theirs.

The rooms - although quite small were perfectly serviceable, and the beds clean and comfy. There was a fridge in the hall which was shared between a couple of rooms - but nevertheless, very clean. We had the all important kettle and the shower worked fine and was hot. There is a notice on the wall about being 'silent' during certain times which was a bit off putting / and also another about turning off the aircon when you go otherwise you may be charged, but everything was fine (and I do know that this is a legal thing in Italy - not the hosts being funny). In fact the hosts were lovely, easy to contact - gave us our keycode for the accommodation without any trouble and were very approachable.

One very minor thing was the window overlooking a court and being on lower floor being unable to keep window open for privacy (albeit there was really never nobody in the court).

Walking distance from city centre (max 15 min to Venice Square) and streets full of restaurants bars pubs patisseries walking through busy safe central streets. Very clean and modern decor. The safe box was a plus. Clear prompt instructions to check in and check out. Comfortable bed and room with air on to use if needed. Good shower. There were also two small clean fridges and one microwave in the common area if we needed to use it. The room was not large but there was a large wardrobe, a small table for two and plenty of space for suitcases.

Very close to Termini i Coloseum.For short stay good. Due to a mistake we dont have a place in apartment and one room was in Hotel close to them. We received a nice voucher for breakfast in a nice cafe close to apartment. Reomented Bar Cotini - special seefood unexpectedly well as centrum of Rome.

A very nice location, near the train station, a 10 min walk to the colosseum and everything around it. Bed was comfortable, and the check in and check out were easy and fast. The toilet was clean, and there were fresh towels and everything we needed. We had a late flight, and were allowed to leave our bags at the house until our flight! Breakfast is given a coupon for the cafe just across the street, very nice food. Thank you so much for having us, everything was lovely.

We felt the room we stayed in was a bit smaller than shown in the photos, but we managed fine.

Convenient location, clean, nice bathroom/ toilet, easy check in for us. There is a laundry service the owners provide which we were very grateful for. We were able to store our bags for free which was very kind of the owners to allow us to do that. Lots of restaurants in the nearby area. Metro train stop very close. Air conditioned. Comfortable beds.

I blame booking.com for not making it obvious that this wasn't going to be a stress-free check-in. Access was complicated. Its not a hotel. 24 character password. I want stress free.

Neighborhood is generally dirty and loud, train station is pretty close... Mattress could be better(in our room)

Location is near the city sights and it is good for walking tours. Owner gave us a good advice for breakfast in neighborhood (thanks again).

The proximity to the central station was convenient. The walk along the street with big luggages were a little bit difficult but normal when you are travelling in Europe over cobblestones We found the apartment a little bit too small for us but for the price you pay, if you only staying overnight, it is still acceptable.
