Room always clean. The lady manager assisted with sight seeing retail shops and tours generally. Breakfast was the best - a great cook. She organised a van pickup to the airport after my booked reservations were disrupted. I have recommended the hotel to friends and I would return ahain because of her excellent service

The building wasn’t well marked. We arrived after normal check in hours, so we did a self check in and were a little uneasy about where to go.

The breakfast was nice. Special requests were prepared. We were able to get a lot of information at all hours using the contact info and WhatsApp. Kim was really the only person we saw that worked there. She was the cook, server, check in/out person, concierge, and maid. She was AWESOME. If I had only one person to represent my company, she would be a great choice. The remodeled room was great, quiet, modern, and had the most comfortable bed I’ve seen in any hotel. The location was within sight of the Vatican walls and had many restaurants in the immediate area. I would recommend this hotel readily.

Fantastic accommodation, tasteful decor, modern and very very clean in the room and other common areas such as reception and dining room. We stayed in room 205. The hotel is perfectly located and close to both attractions and metro and bus stations. Kim, who worked at the hotel, was very friendly and helpful. She provided a good breakfast in the morning and made sure that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Rome. Thank you Kim for making our holiday so perfect. Kind Regards from Marika and Philip

Excellent welcome and stay, lovely clean central location, Kim and Fabio and Salah were very helpful and welcoming. Location is excellent and you can walk / metro Rome from here. They even anticipated some night road maintenance and moved us to a quieter room. By staying here you can avoid using taxis many of whom are chancers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was very well organized. But what really made the experience special was Kim, our host. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. From giving us great local tips to making sure everything was perfect during our stay — Kim truly made the difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I’d definitely come back.

Absolutely exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about our stay was flawless. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained, but what truly made the difference was the amazing staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to the team who went above and beyond to help me organize a surprise cake for my boyfriend – it meant so much and turned out perfectly. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with even the smallest requests made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended – I would come back without hesitation!

Location was excellent, room was lovely, but most of all the service provided by Kim was outstanding. Kim served as concierge, breakfast host, front desk manager and housekeeper. Kim’s dining recommendations were awesome.

We had a terrific time here. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the service was terrific. Kim went out of her way to make us feel completely at home, and was always on hand with a big smile. Location great for the Vatican Museums and St Peter's. Lovely walks nearby. Didn't feel too busy or touristy compared to the areas in the centre. We would definitely return.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The staff does the best with what they have but the quality is subpar and the breakfast area is ridiculously small.

The only challenging thing was finding the hotel at first, but even that wasn't very difficult.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. They gave us plenty of local recommendations for us since we have never been to Rome! They were friendly, helpful, and spoke great English if you cant speak Italian.

The location of the apartment was perfect for visiting St Peter’s Square, Vatican City, Castel Saint Angelo and many more sights of Rome. The Metro was with a few minutes walk and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

TV access for North American visitors could be improved. Could not seem to get any English channels, including sports channels or News channels.

Lynn was the most professional, pleasant, caring Host! She went out of her way to assist in every way possible, from pre-arrival questions answered, to being available 24/7 for support, to serving amazing and delicious breakfasts, to recommending the best restaurants, and to arranging a 4 AM taxi to the Airport for us. She could not have been more attentive to us and all the guests. Aside from the well-equipped suite, the fabulous breakfasts, and the terrific location (a few blocks from the Vatican with immediate access to cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping), Lynn was a bonus! Thank you so much! Would stay again without any question.

Couldn't really fault anything.

We spent 3 days in Rome and had 2 rooms at the Growel - these suites are part of a larger building but were a great base for exploring the city. Lilly and the team could not do enough to help and provdied us with plenty of recommendations. The rooms themeselves are a good size and had whatever you needed. Having the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and certianly kept us going. Couldn't really fault anythijng and would certainly stay next time I am in Rome.

This was our repeat stay at this accommodation. We spend every trip to Rome at this accommodation. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty, freshly prepared, the rooms are large and functionally furnished for Rome.
