The rooms are very nice, lobby is tiny. The staff was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage as we arrived before check in. There was no place to gather as a group initially, but then a staff member told us of a rooftop space, which turned out to be lovely. The location was good, right near a square if you wanted to take a hop on hop off bus, and the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain were walkable.

The bed was super soft/sagging from overuse - a new mattress needed. Breakfast was very basic.

The location was excellent as was the size of our suite. Excellent bathroom and toilet facilities.

I’m an 80 year old woman and the staff had a little fun at my expense on a Sunday check-out telling me that there was no way to get a taxi to the airport and the best I could do was rent one of the bicycles and take it to the train station because there’s no taxis to the train station and from there get a train to the airport. After I initially got upset, I checked with Uber and had a ride within three minutes. I had spent several weeks in a small Tuscan village, where everyone was friendly and lovely. I found that the staff in Rome in the 2 hotels I stayed in were much more abrupt, less helpful and less friendly.

The location is very nice and nearest to Spanish steps and boat fountain. It is in main centre, 5mins walk to Bus stops. The room is very clean and can fall under 4 star category. I am very satisfied with this. near by hotels are there. Staff is friendly, have locker facility to keep your baggage post checkout

Location is the best asset of this hotel. The staff is also very kind; rooms are spacious and clean.

Front desk Marcello! He was amazing and very helpful helped us call taxis and transportation! All of the front desk was wonderful and very very accommodating! Very close to Trevi Fountain and to the Spanish Steps in wonderful shopping and restaurants!

The breakfast was not fresh or diverse (pastries were stale and the fruit was old). The noise from the breakfast area was quite loud in our room in the morning (even with our windows closed).

Wonderful area, right by the Spanish Steps, but in a quiet street. Large room and attached bathroom (amazing size in Rome for the price), with nice deco. The hotel was able to book us a large, comfy van to take us to the airport.

Location is a quick walk to Trevi Fountain and pantheon. Spanish steps and high end shopping are a block away. The rooms was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful when asked for anything. I have to give props to the breakfast staff who made gave us a beautiful bread-pastry basket every morning along with coffee made our way. Scrambled eggs upon request made perfectly.

The beds were very hard and it took a long time to be served breakfast in the morning. Also, there was no HDMI hook up on the TV for my laptop - a small inconvenience.

We had a great stay at Hotel Gregoriana. The room was small but well appointed and very clean. The staff were fantastic and the location is amazing, but the beds were a bit too firm for our liking. The breakfast was fantastic (try the lovely cheese!), but the breakfast room got very busy very quickly so you ended up waiting a long time to be served breakfast, as there was only one staff member serving each morning. The shower was amazing. The room had no real view, but overlooked a small central atrium, which was nice. It was very quiet. Overall, the place is fantastic and you really couldn't ask for a better location - you can walk to everything important from the hotel. Would I stay again? Probably not, but only because of the beds. Decent value for money.

You get off the metro at the spanish steps, go up the stairs and walk 2 min and you have arrive,so location is wonderful, room is great and the breakfast was very good,all in all great place to stay and start you're walk,eat,drink routine (very enjoyable routine) when in Rome.

Bed was a bit firm for us. Room was quite dark, opening the windows and shutters helped let some light in. Staff were professional but a little serious and not particularly friendly. They did always answer our questions though and arranged a driver to drop us to the airport. The limited included breakfast was a disaster for us, staff in the breakfast room didn't speak English, a menu to choose from was given to us but then they never came to take our order until I went looking for someone, orders weren't noted on paper and then forgotten or they came out with missing items. A better system might make it work more efficiently such as asking guests to tick what they want on a menu as we had in a different hotel in Rome a few weeks earlier. The ticks on a laminated menu just wiped off ready for reuse. Service was slow both mornings which was ok for us because we weren't in a hurry but if you needed get breakfast quickly, then that might be a problem.

Gorgeous spacious room, felt like a bit of luxury, room was almost fit for royalty. Nice huge bathroom too. So close to the top of the Spanish steps yet a really quiet road. Was really special being able to get to see the steps early morning and later in the evening to avoid the crowds with a two minute walk. Excellent value for money given its location and quality of rooms
