When we arrived after a 20 hour journey, the restaurant was closed. No wardrobe to hang clothes

We booked with the breakfast on booking.com , but upon the arrival we were told that the breakfast is not included. It was a bit frustrating , so I had to write to booking.com support and talk next time to the new motel crew to resolve that issue. It was resolved in the end.

We liked the style of this motel - parking the car next to your room is very convenient for us. The property is clean , well designed and maintained.

Take this hotel if you want to be close to airport or if you want to be in a very relaxing place in Milan. So cheap for such a beauty. The district is very beautiful. Greenery everywhere. Shops nearby. Airport is 15 min by car. Clean, cheap , beautiful, and quiet hotel

The listing says hotel shuttle available but the shuttle has to be booked 24 hours in advance and it’s €40 each way which is quite expensive. My shuttle ride to and from the airport cost just as much as the room.

The cleanliness was not to our expectations and caused problems to us. The floor and the armchair were not really clean, which our cats could immediately detect and get upset about..there were old socks underneath the fridge and various debris and dust underneath the table/cupboard, the floor clearly doesn't get enough attention from the cleaning staff. We can compare because the next hotel we were in was super clean and the cats were also ok and felt much better in it... So my suggestion would be to improve in this respect and the hotel is great.

The hotel has a good location and it was comfortable. We liked the calm setting and the hotel being surrounded by greenery. We liked its "green" concept and accessibility. One can park their bicycle or car right in front of their room, otherwise there was a nice parking lot with trees and shadows.

The promised restaurant was closed. The ground floor room was on the first floor and quite a hike with luggage. The bar was tiny and nowhere to sit with your drink.

Bring insect repellent for the mosquitos in summer

We only need to stay one night en route to another destination. Nice large comfortable bed. Shower water and pressure was pleasant to use. Nice clean room overall.

Such a great find for our one night stop, we arrived quite late and the concierge was really friendly and helpful. The room is really great, modern, comfortable and nicely decorated. We were excited about the aircon! The breakfast was also really good.

Superb all round. Parking just outside room. Large room with great bathroom. Recommend to upgrade room to superior. Arona @ Lake Maggiore is superb, 15 minutes drive. Quiet and next to airport. Bed, linen and towels clean and extremly comfy.

The narrow bathroom. The small shower. A big person like myself could not fit into the shower at all. The only way to get to the breakfast room was a spiral staircase - impossible for a handicapped person to access. .
