The property is made up of private rooms in an apartment, and sometimes the other guests did not make sure the front door was properly closed. I left the property to the front door being left open on multiple occasions, leaving concerns for safety and security. The property is quite noisy, this is due to other occupants in the apartment and outside. Be sure to pack ear plugs and this won’t be an issue.

Location was fantastic, right next to the Duomo. Plenty of markets and restaurants/bars nearby. Bed was comfortable. Private bathroom was handy. The shower was adequate, took 5 mins to get warm.

The room was ok but is not adapted to people with physical disabilities, there are stairs to go to the bathroom. It wasn’t a problem for us anyway. There is no kettle or coffee machine and some details are missing in the kitchen. Also, there was no shampoo and conditioner or hand soap. But it wasn’t a problem for us.

Comfortable room and bed, the shower was always hot (for winter is very necessary). Really good location! 😊

The window was above a smoking place for restaurant staff so there was quite a lot of noise in the evening. It wasn't easy to find it at first as there are two houses with the same number on that street. I also think that the price was too high for such a simple room but that's a problem everywhere in Florence.

It is right in the city centre so everything is very close.

I recently stayed in a small room in Florence. While it was clean and had a private bathroom, the size of the room was a bit cramped for my liking. On the plus side, the location was very good, making it easy to explore the city. However, I wouldn't choose to stay there again, as I prefer a more spacious accommodation. If you're looking for a cozy spot and don't mind the size, it could work for you, but I would personally seek out a bigger room next time.

Bathroom had funky damp smell as shower door did not close properly meaning water would spray out.

The AC was set to turn off each time you would leave the room (automatic econ setting) and it would take a couple of hours for it to cool off again, very loud until midnight every night coming from the restaurant next door, the wifi was also not working.

Incredible location, at a 3 minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore. The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. Another fantastic extra was AC, which is crucial to survive Florence’s heat in the summer.

It would be nice if the kitchen had a water boiler for our tea in the morning but at least there was a microwave. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped and very clean!

The location was excellent, just 2 minutes away from the Duomo. Supermarket was also just across and we were surrounded by famous cafés and restaurants. The room and kitchen were very clean and nice. The room had air-conditioning which was really important since it was very hot outside the days of our stay. The little balcony (even though it had no view) was also a bonus we didn't expect.

The cleaners do not let you rest. They are SO LOUD in the morning. If you want to sleep until 10, that is not possible. They could do their job as quiet as possible but they scream and laugh really loud in the corridor. There is no “do not disturb sign in the dor” so they just tried to open the door to our room and realised it was locked and started laughing like 6 year-olds. Other than that I’d like to point out that the shower pressure is not great and you can hear water all the time inside the walls, it looks like the water is literally entering the room and is very loud as well.

The space was bigger than I thought, very comfortable bed and had all we needed. The location is AMAZING.
