I saw a lot of people complaining about the noise from the bars downstairs. And indeed it is very loud, very difficult to fall asleep. Maybe during the week is better. Towels for the bathroom were not that good

To answer properly, must stay that I am 76 years old and my wife is 70. The three flights up were strenuous. Younger couples would probably not mind this. It was hot outside during our stay but the noise outside of young people was way to loud past midnight for us; again younger people would probably love it! A central large ceiling fan might really help this situation! For us it was not great, but that does not make it bad for others!

It is on the top floor, so 3 flights of stairs to contend with. There is a wonderful bar on the street below, but with the windows open, it is a bit noisy at night. Close the windows, and it ok

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Lots of windows that open, which is what we love. Situated on a very active market street, which was wonderful. Easy walking to cable car and main attractions of Bolzano Bozan.

My beautiful experience in Bolzano turned into a very significant disappointment, as during my stay there, I am 100% certain that I forgot my gold necklace, which holds immense sentimental value to me. Despite reaching out to the host, who was very courteous and responsive, they confirmed that it has never been found. I cannot make accusations regarding cleanliness or the subsequent guests who may have found it, but it's not a good sign since the apartment is cleaned before the next guest. For me, this is a significant loss and despair that has saddened me greatly and turned this otherwise beautiful memory of Bolzano into a somber one. I would kindly request anyone who may have found it to return it to the host against a reward, as it holds immense emotional weight for me and is a gift from a person that is not living anymore :/

The apartment is located in the city center, in the best area of Bolzano. Below the apartment, there was also a famous pub frequented by locals. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Host very responsive. If it weren't for a negative incident for me, I would always return to this apartment for the convenience and cleanliness it offers.

Can be noisy during the night in summer as downstairs is a terrace full of people talking. But after closing the windows the noise is not loud.

The location is great! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Instructions for arrival were exact, and the host was very responsive to all the questions. Would stay more!

The sheets and linens were clean but the floor and table had some crumbs. A lift would have been nice but we knew that already. Just be aware of that when booking. Some noise from the restaurants and bars below but only faint. It didn’t bother us but if you are a light sleeper it might. Happy sounds of diners though - no booming music!

You have to keep your windows closed otherwise it gets very very very noisy at night. Bed was uncomfortable. The comforter, pillow covers and towels were very questionable in terms of hygiene. Adding onto the above is the parking which of course is a big trauma considering your paying for it. It wasn’t user friendly at all. The trip was supposed to be a relaxing one but ended up making us anxious.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The water in sink and shower were stacking and my husband was supposed to clean it on his own by taken bunch of hairs from shower and sink. it should be cleaned by cleaning personal not by guests. Even tap and walls in shower was not cleaned properly. Plus apartment are located above the bar and till 2 am there are horrible noise and even with closed windows you can hear everything.

The location is perfect as surrounded by shops, restaurants and market.

It was self check in and the owners were very descriptive which made it easy. It was exactly as advertised. A very bright cheery place with sound proof windows, a full kitchen and great air conditioning. We had a great time here!

Absolutely the best apartment I had for a long time on my trips. It looks just as in the pictures, and it's located in the center right above the market. I've slept on the open couch in the living room (it opens to a double bed) and it was so comfy. It was also very easy to communicate with the owners and they answered everything in a matter of minutes. We've enjoyed this apartment so much, absolutely a must if you're visiting Bolzano. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without easy access. The location if the apartment is in the center, but right above very load bars. The towels that were left were small and not comfortable. There is no coffee machine nor dryer machine like mentioned. The curtains are thin, that ends in an early morning wake.
