No so much a dislike, more a warning: getting in can be a bit daunting if you arrive later at night. There is a complicated system with keys a bit further from the property. Don't give up, once you have the keys, it is fairly easy from there. While everything was very clean, the room smelled a bit stale, as if the mattress or duvet had not been aired for a long time. The location is practical for getting in and out of the city, but it is a bit further from the city centre, so you'd normally walk some 15 to 20 minutes to most of the attractions.

Contact with the property was very easy and they replied quickly. The room was pretty large, had a good set of furniture and a comfortable bed. The room is ideal for a short stay and the facilities (kitchen, bathroom) are good and very clean. The location is practical: close to the Porta Susa train station, a metro station and lots of buses. Porta Nuova is also in walking distance.

It wasn’t clean at all, the toilets were dirty, lots of ants on the floor, the fan for cooling didn’t work well at all and during night and day we were swearing and we couldn’t even breath well🤬 the sheets were used for the long time. The last thing it was that because we had 4 luggages the owner didn’t accept to keep our stuff for 3,4 hours and said that will keep our stuffs by paying 😡🤯it was the first time I heard it!!!!

We weren't resting! It was a mockery. the rooms are on the first floor above the pizzeria. we lived above the oven! it was hell! as if we were being baked!!! it is very very hot in the hotel and the owner did not warn us about it! when we said it was very hot, he did not tell us about the pizzeria 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I do not recommend this hotel. Although this winter it may not be bad

There is nothing to be fixed. I will only note some noise and smell from the neighbouring rooms, the road and the restaurant downstairs - I loved this addition to my Italy experience, but I know some people will not like it that much.

All the amenities were there, and everything was working smoothly - the washing machine, the kitchen and the internet. The room was spacious, the furniture was decent, and the bed was great. Late check-in worked amazingly easily, and during the night (especially after midnight) it was decently quiet. Other reviewers noted issues with the bathroom cleanliness - during my sta,y everything was okay. Also, the neighbourhood was great - shops were available not that far away, a wonderful pizzeria downstairs served dinner till midnight, and the train station was walking distance.

Water from one of the shower blinds ran onto the floor. I stated taking the second shower where it was ok.

Even thought there aren't many things which we didn't like, one of the issues was the lack of some facilities. For instance, there were no capsules for the coffee machine. On top of that, we were expecting to have body wash and shampoo. Apart from these small problems, everything were reflecting the reality.

First of all, we decided to stay here for the new year's eve. So, it was holiday season. The host was amazing and friendly. Regardless of the hour, he helped and answered us with our questions. In addition, the lady whom checked the documents was nice as well. In general, cleaning was advanced. The people whom stayed there were nice as well, we didn't encounter with any problems. Location - wise, it is near to the Porta Susa FS. Despite it's close by to train station, it was safe for us to travel around at night. In addition, it is nearby to city centre as well. It was a pleasure for us to stay here 😊

First my reservation was made through the business account of my husband with whom I work together but in my name. Although I contacted the property in advance to get the instructions for checking in, they were sent to my husband and the owner instead of sending them to me he said that he sent it to the mobile number associated with the reservation. So it was a bit of a hassle to get the info. It took me about 10-15 minutes in the cold with my luggage to figure out how to get the keys and from where and how to get into the property. It should be made easier to get in. The share bathroom was not clean when I arrived and the toilet seat and the flush were broken. Since I was staying next to the bathroom I had to get up in the night to fix the running water as the flush got stuck and it kept making noise. The next day though the toilet was clean. There was only one roll of toilet paper which run out the third day. There was a soap bar for a shared bathroom. When we share a bathroom it would be helpful to have liquid soap so I don’t have to touch what the other people use. I was cold in my bedroom and asked for an extra blanket but my request was ignored. I had to sleep with my jacket on top of the duvet and with socks on during the night. I understand that the heater can’t get hotter for whatever reason than in “Italy is not allowed more than 23 degrees inside the homes” but if I am cold at night I should be given an extra blanket. The place is noisy. Outside, up, down and inside. It was difficult for me to sleep without earplugs so it’s stressful that I might not hear my alarm for waking up. Both for work and for checking out late at night when I have to catch my bus to the airport.

I liked the fact that is 5 minutes walk from Porta Susa where my bus left me and from when I have to go to Milan. Also it was convenient for me to walk to the places I had my work meetings. The mattress was comfy. The room and kitchen were clean.
