The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable, but otherwise we loved everything.

We traveled as two couples (sisters plus husbands). The location was so convenient to everything! The host thought of everything to make us comfortable and made himself very accessible if we needed anything else.

The location is very central with many restaurants nearby. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and a nice sun terrace on the roof. The living room/ kitchen is open plan and spacious, with great facilities and good wi-fi. The owners keep in touch with how things are going and are very helpful. Overall excellent.

Perfectly located for easy access to many of Sorrento’s highlights. Train station was easily accessible, unit is just around the corner from the main piazza but noise was no problem. Pierangelo was an amazing host, providing a warm welcome and thorough orientation to the property. Nothing!! Couldn’t ask for a more luxurious and comfortable experience.

This property was stunning, immaculately clean and right in the center of town. We could walk to the shops, restaurants and beach as well as enjoy the beautiful town square right from the balcony! This property shows pride of ownership throughout with top of the line appliances, bedding and overall appointments. The rooftop BBQ area was an added bonus with a comfortable seating area in addition to full table and chairs seating if needed. It was our place for a pre-dinner cocktail and early morning coffee. What a treat!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful property - Grata Hospes Sorrento! The space was not only aesthetically stunning but also incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in every room was evident, and it was clear that the host put thought into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the main Piazza Tasso, restaurants, the marina, market, etc. It made exploring the area a breeze and added to the overall experience. The host was gracious and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay - starting with a warm, in-person greeting and providing essentials like milk, coffee, and beverages to make us feel right at home from the start . The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We would love to return in the near future.

One thing to note is that there are a few flights of stairs to climb, but it was well worth it for the comfort and charm of the apartment.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment during our wedding week in Sorrento, and it was truly the perfect choice. The location was ideal, close to the square and local attractions, making it easy for us to explore and for our guests to visit. The spacious rooms, great air conditioning, and mood lighting created a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. Every family member who visited us during the week was wowed by how stunning the apartment was. The BBQ space upstairs with an outdoor kitchen was a lovely area to cook and spend time together. It was a great bonus that added to our overall experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and stress-free stay. Their attention to detail and helpful tips about the area were much appreciated. Staying here added to the magic of our special week. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Sorrento. Absolutely nothing!

Grata Hospes exceeded our expectations! Everything from the location to the layout of the villa, the comfortable beds and the rooftop Villa were perfection. (But seriously, THE LOCATION!) We were treated to many items that made our stay easy to settle into. We could not recommend this Villa more!

Central location for shopping restaurants was perfect! Pierangelo is the most amazing host, he met us on arrival gave us a thorough tour of his beautiful home. And… had a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies which was greatly appreciated, tips for experiencing the authentic Sorrento! It was the best stay of our trip, he went out of his way to ensure that we felt we were at home.

Place is on 3rd floor so a lot of steps but it wasn’t really an issue.

Property was very nice. House was Clean and beds comfortable. Nice central location walkable to shopping, beaches & restaurant. Host was great and left us home made lemoncello and olive oil and other goodies for our stay.

Amazing stay in Sorrento!! Location was perfect and apartment was clean and spacious for 5 adults! Easy communication with the host and added bonus was the coffee, olive oil and limoncello they left for us to enjoy! Would 100% stay here again if I ever returned, highly recommend to anyone travelling to Sorrento 😃

If there is any drawback, it is lack of an elevator. The house begins on the second and third floors (ground level = 1),so there are steps to navigate with luggage to reach the main living area. Once inside, the second and third bedrooms are accessed by another interior flight of stairs, but they are not taxing. The stairway steps are well-designed with wide treads and reasonable riser height. If one packs moderately and is mobile, this should not be a problem. Any minor inconvenience will be well worth the effort.

Excellent location overlooking the picturesque Piazza Sant’Antonino, an easy walk to the center of Sorrento. Exceptionally clean and well-appointed; shows extensive design planning and good taste in decorating. Very comfortable beds; good soundproofing in windows and doors controls noise and allows for restful sleep. Charming rooftop deck. Pierangelo, the owner, is friendly, speaks English very well, and is passionate about providing a satisfactory experience. He lives nearby and responds to questions and addresses any problems promptly. The property and host set the highest standard.

Availability and Rules for Parking Near the Flat Are a Bit Confusing... However, There is A Parking Garage Nearby (5 Minutes by Walking). The Flat is Located Up Two Levels of Stairs (~50 Wide Steps with A Nice Handrail - Not Too Hard).

A Truly Impressive Property! We Loved the Gourmet Kitchen (With Basic Supplies Ready for Use), Rooftop Terrace (Perfect for Jet Lag), Balcony Views, Comfortable Beds, Modern Bathrooms, Upscale Décor, and Central Location within Sorrento. We Also Appreciated that Our Host was Very Accessible!

The location is really good. The host is amazing. He checks on us everyday, made sure we are comfortable. He even helped us with our luggage.

We liked everything.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment of Pierangelo. Overall, it seems to be the best place we have ever booked. The apartment is perfectly located on one of the main squares of Sorrento in front of a small beautiful garden. All expensive furniture is brand new, everything is exceptionally clean and perfectly designed, so overall the place looks like a palace rather that apartment. There is a great number of all possible equipment, coffee machines, dishwasher, huge fridge KitchenAid, everything you may need at the kitchen and even jacuzzi. Since we arrived for meeting a New Year, Pierangelo placed a Christmas Tree with all decorations. Pierangelo was very kind and attentive, as well as very quick in answering any our questions. It is possible to acquire anything necessary in the supermarket located close to the apartment. Thus, we highly recommend this apartment since it is a real gem.

Wonderful home, wonderful location, absolutely amazing host who made you feel as if you were staying with family. Lots of little things that turned the stay in a holiday house to a stay in a holiday home. Amazing!!!
