The Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. They spoke good English. The lift was located near our room and the hotel room was very quiet and comfortable

I was a little uncomfortable with some of the other guests, who appeared to be russian.

The property isn't brand new, but it's very well-maintained. Its lakeshore location is perfect. Free parking is conveniently available nearby, with a permit provided by the hotel. Breakfast was good.

What i didnt like is the aircon because there was no button in the room to change temperature. and there was no room slippers 😅 but still we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The room is ok, we had a great view of sunset. The location is good because its near restaurants beach pharmacy grocery and bus stop.

The breakfast was a surprise. From a **** hotel with "grande" in its name, I wouldn't expect such a bad quality! I would say, it is a two star hostel in Austria/Germany. I have never seen those scrambled eggs before :-) It is probably a prefabricated melange in a tetra-pak poured into a food processor, without salt!, the result is extraordinary disgusting :-) In Italy I expected some fruit (only a nectarine and greengage) and veggie (only stone-hard tasteless tomatos and bitter leathery dry cucumber) - nothing more! No grapes, no lemons, no melones, no apples ... even in Italy. In Italy I expected some cheese - there was only one type of something white without taste and odour plus ricotta. So the choice for breakfast was a big disappointment. A small postscript - the behavior of the staff at the breakfast was typically Italian, perhaps impertinent for other nations, not appropriate in a **** "Grande Continental", but so is Italy :-D The building has its biggest era already over, there are little defects and imperfections, but you pay for the location and the room, so this didn't bother me. The underground parking was little difficult to find, the ring bell button is perfectly invisible :-) The numbering of the rooms is not logical (the hotel has two parts). When we arrived, I offered the receptionist English/Deutsch, but both were difficult for him, so he didn't tell us all important information and some little misunderstanding happened. But overall impression from the stay is possitive. Definitely choose a room oriented to the pool towards the sea, not to the South with veiw to the street/parking! And be prepared for some night music on some days during the week.

Room for 2+2 family, we asked for extra clothes dryer (horse) for the towels and swimsuits (and got it immediately). We were lucky and our room had view to the pool, which is the best oriented - to the North, i.e. the room doesn't get too warm. And it is the quiet side of the resort, with mountain view and sea veiw, ideal! The room was spacious enough, with space for our belongings. The cleaning ladies were perfect, every morning during the breakfast, we got our room clean, changed all towels, bedding, toiletries. The room was always clean inclusive the bathroom. The room was quiet, we had not have any problem. The A/C and the safe were operating well (you get the key in hand). The hotel has its own area on the beach. The beach was perfect. The pool was totally ok, clean water, enough chairs, a little kiosk for coffee, drik of snack, accepting cards. You can book parking place in the undergroud for a fee.

The bus stop is conveniently located outside the hotel and runs frequently but very difficult to find the shop that sells the tickets and bus drivers very rude .One could use credit card but system doesn't take 2 passengers on one credit card

The bed was very hard, there was mold in the shower bottom edges that needed new chalking and cleaned, room number 357.

Overall we had fun there. I wouldn’t say I had something that we didn’t like. All was good.

I liked the fact that the staff was very friendly and happy to help at any time. Also the pool was fantastic. Spend most of the time there. There were bars in the hotel which meant you could grab a drink and enjoy the pool at the same time.

The hotel has two wings, an older one, where the furniture and bathroom are older, but the terraces are covered and separated by a wall. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are harder, on which even heavier people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is large and equipped with a bidet, but the 80 cm shower is unreasonably small. The towels are changed every day, we did not experience cleaning on a daily basis, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion are also available and they smell good. The air conditioning cools well, but in the old department...it's not very clean, unfortunately. If you approach the staff kindly, they try to help you with anything just as kindly. The breakfast is very varied, with quality cheeses, cold meats, divine baked goods and cookies, which lasts for about 5-7 days, but since it is always the same, it is not varied enough for 10 days. Sunbeds are free by the pool, the pool took everything for us, we loved it. You have to walk a little bit to the part of the beach belonging to the hotel. The sun loungers on the beach are free, but you have to pay for the sun lounger there.
