A very nice grand hotel. The pools and spa area are amazing, and if this is what you plan to do for your stay, it's a perfect location/match. The town is fairly quiet and not really a 'destination', so this is a great place to relax and sit by the pools(s) and enjoy the spa activities. A good place to recharge.

I don't like to spend my time on sitting and waiting to order very regular breakfast food. And! After waiting for this order. I came to this hotel not to sit and wait in the morning, in the restaurant. It is redicules to ask ... no .. begging the hotels staff to give you a slice of ham or proshutto. Not much food and a limited choice.

I stayed in a suite that was spacious and well-designed. The hotel manager was cordial and showed me around. Freshly renovated. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Daily grill menu. Shiatsu massage 10/10 Super rich breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

My room itself was rather dated in its decor but the view from the balcony was lovely and the bathroom was very nice.

It is an exceptionally beautiful hotel with exquisite service. The pools and gardens are breathtaking and the food was always delicious and varied during my full board stay. All of the staff were delightful and gracious and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

this property is a modernised belle epoque “Grand” hotel right in the middle of Abano Terme but because it is in the pedestrian zone it is very quiet. aWe stayed in a junior suite which is really a very large room with comfortable bed , armchairs etc and a good bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle . We had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with good cooked options and the usual buffet . There is outdoor space for breakfast which is pleasant too. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service . There is a half board option available which we had not taken but it does seem possible to est there each evening without being bored .We also used the spa for mud and massage treatments and these were really excellent too. All the hotel pools are filled with thermal spa water and they are set in plesanalty manicured grounds. We were there for a long weekend and didn’t feel much need to leave the hotel but when we did we were very conveniently located for the town centre .Shops there are surprisingly nice for a small town. All in all we would recommend this hotel and town.

Wifi.

Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions. Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard. Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent. Generally, I will return next year!!!
