Great and helpful staff, great location, own beach with own bathrooms, bar/snack bar, sunbeds.

Room was quite basic but bed was fine and bathroom decent. it was very clean.

Breakfast was good and lovely views from the breakfast room. Staff were helpful on reception and location was right on the beach and a 10 minute to the heart of the main strip.

Private car parking is great but would have appreciated it to be free of charge considering the room rate. After making the reservation, it turned out that the room was only guaranteed for arrival before 6pm.

The location with sea view, fantastic scenery from the roof terrace, breakfast, wonderful staff who made it possible for us to have dinner on the roof terrace, which was fabulous.

WiFi very weak or non existent.

First class property with all the amenities! Rooftop pool and seating. Everything in the room is modern and clean. Wonderful breakfast included. Dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the sea!

I have a given information before the one person have a birthday and he didn't see some flowers or welcome drink that's what very bad.

It would have been nice to have more choice at dinner. I can't eat four courses so individually priced dishes would be good. Or two courses for €x, three courses for €xx etc.

Back for another short stay. Rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea is an absolute treat. And the buffet breakfast served there is very varied and generous. Nice room, nice bed, nice bathroom. Very quite very clean. Nice staff

Beautiful hotel across from the beach. Large room, modern. Great breakfast in a large dining room on the 6th floor with huge windows all around, views of the sea. Seemed like it was a cruise ship. Nice man preparing eggs, pancakes. Pool on rooftop. Nice gazebo to sit near boardwalk.

The facilities are more basic than expected. The pictures make the lobby, bar, pool, etc seem much nicer. The staff at reception seemed tired/disinterested (I'm sure they are in August). I tried to make reservations for a nice table at dinner because it was my mother's birthday but they don't take reservations and told me to ask when we arrived. I asked and they had no table and didn;t seem to care that much. I'd have reserved elsewhere if I'd known.

The beach was easy to access and the lunch and staff there was good. Jessica at reception was very helpful.

Not very good value for the money, but then again this is probably true of all hotels in Alassio in the summer. Compared to other four star hotels, it offered less for double the price. The room was fairly small and the beach is obviously not included and quite pricey (extras are obviously pointed out in advance and not mandatory, by law, but still). A little example of greediness is that the dinner costs €10 if you want to eat it on the hotel’s terrace vs inside the restaurant. It’s a bit silly if you ask me. Then again, you don’t have to do it but I just blame them for even trying.

Staff was fairly friendly. Breakfast selection is very good and the breakfast room is very nice. I enjoyed the “egg station” with staff preparing freshly made eggs and pancakes. The location of the hotel is also very good, quite close to the beach and to the city centre.

The best panoramic roof restaurant I've ever seen - best view on the see and the city with mountains. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, fresh orange juice, fruits. All was perfect. Only we miss any fish on the breakfast. All the rest was perfect.

Perfect location right on the beach. Stylish interior decor, room wonderful, very polite and professional staff, amazing breakfast and set evening meal, served in a stunning panoramic restaurant or on the rooftop. Plus a private beach and amazing panoramic rooftop pool. Exceeded all our expectations….

The bathroom is a little dated but it was perfectly functional and clean.

We were nicely surprised by breakfast in the panaromic restaurant, the room is stunning and the breakast was amazing, A cornucopia of meats, cheese, fruits and gorgeous pastries. The bed was so unbelievably comfortable that we would come back and stay just for that. We had a side sea view so could sit on our balcony and watch the sea but more impressively we were able to leave the balcony doors open and listen to the waves through the night.

I wish parking was included or at least not as pricey

The hotel overall was really nice, but the panoramic restaurants was the best part. In winter, you have breakfast with the sunrise and it’s just spectacular.
