The breakfast was amazing, lots of different types of food - fruits, vegetables, baked goods, etc. The only downfall was that if you didn't get there early enough, the msot part was gone. The rooms are super nice, huge bed, everything was clean and tidy. The staff was also very pleasant, although at times there was some language barrier, as their english wasnát the best.

Only one coffee machine, which broke down regularly, for a room catering for 120. Very poor access to swimming pool. If in anyway incapacitated almost impossible Very poor bar.

Unfortunately, we could only stay one night so we did not get to use the pool, which is quite a distance from some rooms.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, staff was very helpful. Many amenities to this hotel breakfast was elegant and varied. The location and private parking made for a comfortable stay.

The access to the pool, lack of “personality”.

The room we had was spacious with decent size bathroom and comfy bed. The view was okay, however too hot to enjoy the balcony. A 10 min stroll into the old town which was absolutely stunning. The massive and easy to access parking, was super important for us with our hire car. When I was reading reviews re: this property, couldn’t really understand the comments about the position of the swimming pool - but now agree, the pool access was very strange. Also agree with comments that the hotel lacks personality - it’s not at all welcoming and just needs “something”. Was a pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Staff is uninterested and hardly speaks English, hygiene around swimming pool should improve, loud rap music from pool bar is not everyone's favorite choice. The hotel lacks character and is not worth the prices they ask.

The hotel is located at walking distance of the old city center. Breakfast is diverse and good. Free parking.

The pool area is abit tucked away , and not easily accessible with toddlers whilst using a pushchair. Pool bar careless .

Rooms are dated and air conditioning made an awful noise that kept us up at night. Access to the pool is not easy, you have to come down to the reception then walk out go around the whole hotel to get to it with lots of steps

Everything was dated at the property. It felt like it needed a major power wash outside, and inside was old. Pillows desperately needed replacing, and I dont think the elevators worked while we were there, and there’s a very weird roundabout entrance to the pool. The staff weren’t overly engaged. Sometimes there were towels at the pool, sometimes not. Couldn’t figure out when the bar was open or when you could order drinks. No views of anything interesting.

For what it is and the value, it’s totally acceptable. The breakfast was quite good with a large variety. The location, while not in the heart of Noto, was just a 15 minute walk to the center, and it was nice to have easy parking. There was an enjoyable wine bar with snacks/light meals about 3 minutes walk away.

The equipment would require renewal. We had a family room. The sofa already remembers something :-)

The hotel has its own car park, the centre is 1.2 km away. Excellent breakfast. We spent 1 night here during our trip in eastern Sicily.
