Our bedroom was a slight disappointment as had booked a garden view room but it was low down, could only see fencing and was at the back of the hotel so we could hear staff, cleaning etc.

We stayed here one night to celebrate our engagement and wished it had been longer. The hotel is superb. If anything amazing in location as we didn’t like how busy and tourist filled sorrento town centre felt. The beach club was well managed and in good condition. Service was as 5 stars and the view for sunset. Unmatched. We loved they had different nights on the balcony, we luckily got bruchetta night! There was a live saxophonist and it was just the most magical evening. We haven’t been that joyful somewhere for a long time

Grand Hotel Riviera in Sorrento deserves five stars. Breathtaking sea views, elegant, spacious, clean rooms, and exceptional service, friendly and helpful staff created an unforgettable stay. The pool and terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples are magical. Perfect location, warm hospitality, and fine dining make this hotel a true Italian coastal gem. We will definitely be back for our next holiday in Italy.

I didn’t like that they put 2 twin beds together to make it look like a queen bed. The middle part it’s uncomfortable. Also, it’s NOT all inclusive ONLY breakfast is. They shouldn’t call themselves All Inclusive.

The restaurants have a beautiful view. You can watch the sunset while having dinner. It’s spectacular! The pool and beach access have a bar, so that’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was in a great location just a short walk to town. My godmother did struggle a little with her bad leg so please be aware there is some walking, or taxis involved. The highlights were the view and the staff. The manager and his team truly get to know you and want to assist with meeting your needs. I have never had such amazing personalised hotel service. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and it was nice to share a joke with them. My only critisism, however I haven't let it impact the rating is that I felt the restaurant menu could have been a bit more exciting and they should not allow smoking on the restaurant balcony during dinner service.

The view is exceptional and the location perfect, not in the town but only 10/15 minute walk. Amenities and refreshments were all amazing. Breakfast was great, love the omelette / egg service. Beach deck was great.

Everything was excellent. On the water with excellent view of Mt Vesuvius. It has its own beach club. Breakfast was incredible, bed was comfortable. Short 12-15 min walk to the main square (Piazza Tasso). Concierge was so helpful before and during our stay to help us plan transfers, dinner reservations and excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning at the room was not sufficient to cool the room down which made sleeping difficult. At the beach club no reservations were allowed but we saw staff reserving spots in the morning for some guests. Secondi Piatti at the restaurant was poor quality and the portion was too big.

Location is amazing, next to the ocean and a walking distance from the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beachclub was outstanding.

It was perfect! The staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel was decorated beautifully, the location was about a 10 min walk to the center but on a lovely safe street and it was nice to be away from all the tourists. The staff seemed to all love their jobs and if they didn’t it was not apparent. They were always welcoming.
