Excellent stay, definitely in the top 3 hotels we ever stayed in. We got a couple’s villa with private jacuzzi, and it was amazing. Extremely modern, very private, and well cared for. Great food as well, free parking with valet, loved the sandy beach. Super easy to order anything wherever you are in the hotel through a simple WhatsApp message.

Property was great, but the family suite had no proper closets and the sofa bed was very. uncomfortable even for light weight children, it sagged and cracked through the entire night.

Quite distant from the old town, taxi expenses should be taken into consideration. The couch in the family room is too small for two kids aged 10 and up. Two single beds in a family room would be much more convenient.

Very nicely furnished hotel with the amazing view to Ortigia, amazing restaurant terrace and nicely refurbished rooms. Beautiful teritory. We enjoyed late evening jacuzzi with a view very much!

Would have loved if there had been more choice in restaurants, I believe only on option for such a large hotel, would be great if they added another bar or restaurant. But the food overall was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay — it was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel truly looked after and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The room was beautiful — comfortable, well-appointed, and spotless — and the setting of the hotel was absolutely stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing break. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Breakfast was the best we have experienced while traveling.

There are additional cost if you want to go visit the island ortigia by boat. Also, while the food was delicious, it’s rather expensive for sicily. Still if you want to splurge a little, it is the perfect stay!

The resort exceeded all our expectations. We got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon! Here are a few highlights: The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The service was always super helpful, warm and attentive! The beaches are stunning (especially the rocky beach) with clear waters and plenty of space to relax. It was never overcrowded. Breakfast was super fresh, full of variety and beautifully presented. You have the buffet and made-to-order dishes.

You have to pay extra for almost all small facilities, such as taxi boat to Ortigia, a kayak, water in the mini bar. I would prefer to pay more for the room but no to be bombarded with Additionally costs all the time. Nonetheless, I’m still giving a 10.

This is a beautiful resort. We are more used to an old Italian vibe so at first we had mixed feelings as the place is rather modern, but as our stay went on we really appreciated Minareto. There is a small sandy beach, a cliff with breathtaking views and a big (25 metres long) pool. It is absolutely not crowded (we were at the end of June) and you can fully relax. All the materials used are high quality, natural wooden and leather furniture, stone floors etc. There are no standard bars next to the beaches, you order everything via WhatsApp. Again, seemed strange at first but it turned out very convenient. The restaurant is outstanding, totalny aspiring for Michelin Star. There is a professional somelier (Saki, if I remember right) who deserves a special appraisal. In general it is a wonderwul place for enjoying sun, views and fancy food. The all day menu is less posh, you can get a big sandwich with chips if you wish. It is 15 minutes drive from Siracusa. You can take a taxi boat to the old town (Ortigia). There are rather no restaurant or shops in a walking distance.

Several things to improve: 1) please do not put food from yesterday for breakfast! The carrots, in which flies start to live, or croissants, which are not fresh anymore. This is just obvious and ruins all breakfast experience. For carrots just do not put too much but better fresh every day. For croissants it goes without saying that fresh croissants are today’s!!! 2) Massage experience was terrible. It is very cold in the room. The massage itself is not massage, just some gliding movements. Not worth anything. I couldn’t wait when it would finish. 3) it is noisy in the morning. The golf cars going and personnel talking. Please wait until at least 08.00 for work Start. 4) very bad sound isolation in the rooms via bathrooms. If the bathroom door is open you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. 5) no railguards in the rocky beach. It is very dangerous especially for children…

Good location far from crowds (but need a car), exclusive access to one beaches (sandy and on the rocks), great views of Ortigia, fabulous breakfast (with some negatives below), polite hotel team.

For such an amazing property, the food at dinner could have been better. Breakfast was truly amazing but dinner was lacking and the service was really off.

Where to start? Whether we visited the "sandy beach", "rocky beach", pool or took the private boat over to Ortigia it was simply an amazing time. Truly a world class five star resort.

A beautiful location with wonderful breakfast menu a nice lunch and wonderful dinner menu with great restaurants. A sandy beach that was clean and clear with a rocky beach which faced the old town of Ortigia and gave a real sense of luxe about it.

Rather bland architectural features of main building and restaurant. Very expensive restaurant and - apart from the wonderful (but pricey) sea taxi - a tad remote from the action and sights of Ortigia. Certainly not as eco as it might like to think of itself.

The hotel was generous to upgrade us to an extremely comfortable suite. We very much enjoyed the decor and space of the room, the choice of 3 different swimming areas and the excellent breakfasts overlooking the sea. The whole environment has been beautifully planted with olive trees and exotic cactus plants. It was a relaxing and indulgent break. Greatly appreciated.

Felt a little stranded. Only one restaurant, limited menu— very expensive and no alternatives for a quick inexpensive snack. Also it didn’t have a gift shop and no local place to pick up amenities.

This property was beautifully situated in a remote area with stunning views and the water taxi made it convenient to get to Siracusa and Ortigia.
