Very small space. Also, they told us to come walking with our bags, which was over a kilometer and with long flights of stairs. We could have dropped the bags instead and then park the car.

Elevator wasn’t always in use. Tricky stairs on 4th floor - difficult with luggage. On arrival couldn’t open Elevator door as a big bag of laundry was behind it. Had to move the vacuum and bucket off the stairs to be able to bring my luggage up.

Our room was a tad cramped for the 4 of us meaning no real space to eat - we should obviously have gone for one of the 2 bedroom flats available. But we made do. In warmer weather this would be solved with the lovely terrace available with tables and chairs. The fridge in the room is also fairly small so only that days' drinks and food (also possible to leave stuff in the shared kitchen fridge). The safe in the room was completely loose so we didn't use it. The bathroom while pleasant in decoration is not so well thought out. The tap in the sink is so long that your hand gets caught under it. The hand shower was out of order. A shelf in the shower stall would be great. Cleaning under the bed could be better - the rest seemed clean enough. There's a bit of drainpipe smell at certain times of the day, but this seems more a general problem than the flat itself as you can sense it when you get in from the street and not just upstairs. It was impossible to regulate the thermostat in the room so it was really stuffy. The noise from the street is sometimes a nuisance come night time but luckily not too late.

The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to sights, shops and restaurants. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Though we only met face to face on check-in they were always quick to answer messages. The building is very nice and we felt safe as the front door and inner gate were always closed. The elevator is a huge plus when you've got heavy luggage to deal with. The shared kitchen is great in terms of being able to heat food or cook up something basic. Also added fridge space and plates etc. Wardrobes are big so lots of space to store things. The decor is subdued and agreeable. Beds are comfy.

There was a problem with a bad smell from the shower drain, which we solved by covering it with nylon and towels. That problem needs to be solved.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, middle of all attractions,walking distance everywhere.Room was nice and clean. I looked for a room with breakfast,but unfortunately it’s not included!!!! Overall very good.

The front door was on the Main Street which is great, but other guests would leave it open at all times of the night which made us feel uneasy as we know there are homeless in the area. (My partner was followed back to the apartment by a beggar).

Location is perfect for first time visitors to Rome, attractions are walking distance, apartment size is great for a family of 4.

Saw people frustrated by inconsistency of no staffing at front desk for large amounts of time during the day.. ZWe arranged transportation to the port and it was messed up from the start. Will not go into details, but do not rely on this service. Make other arrangements if you have 6 or more people. Was promised a refund when they could not take everyone but have not seen it and frankly do not expect it.
