The tap water was not drinkable as warned by the hotel therefore bottled water had to be purchased continuously at considerable expense. Suggestion to provide drinking water to hotel guests or at least large bottles at discounted prices.

Close proximity to the sea. Pool excellent. Beach bar and pool bar good value light lunches. Room spacious big comfortable bed.

There was no beach access to a sandy beach that we could find. The beach was a long walk from the main hotel also. Only a set menu at lunch which was alittle disappointing. The hotel is in a quiet area about 15 min drive from Ostuni. Road is dark in certain parts later in the evening. Room was small and "garden area" was very small and over grown. We asked to move rooms and were accommodated but the garden area was the same in the new room. There was little atmosphere in the bar and some of the bar staff were rude when you asked for drinks. Overall the hotel was good but would like more choice for lunches and if it was closer to the main town.

Nice clean and modern hotel. Very good breakfast options. The pool was large and nice. Good parking but you need a car to visit Ostuni town center.

Entertainment only one night and finishing early. Bar closing early. The beach although you have coach transfer, is slightly dangerous upon arrival as there are stiff stairs and for disable people is no very practical

The complex would require some maintenance as facilities are quite old. Breakfast was way below standards with coffee and juice from a machine, and very simple and small choice of cheese/meat etc… staff not super friendly and not good at speaking English.

Wifi inexistant…. Too slow Rooms very outdated (1980 style) Patio for breakfast and dinner is swarmed with bees… dangerous(allergic) and very annoying x10 in my breakfast plate…! Should be easy to solve! This is absolutely not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel!

Said accepted dogs and then when we arrived said they didn't . We went there as the ladies wanted a Spa session. Closed in early evening. Booked for the following day then told our 16yo daughter not allowed to use the facilities. Pathetic. A complete waste of money. Lousy breakfast an surely Staff. Don't stay here!

Nothing to dislike - a great resort for 1, or more, nights !!

A lovely peaceful, resort with comfort style and good facilities. If you have a car and want a great place to get away from the hustle, look here !! With only one nights stay we felt like we were welcomed like old friends. Staff are great, the complex is super, breakfast was 👍 and the POOL is magnificent. A fantastic Hideaway.

The service was not good, rude staff, no one will advise you on the places to visit unless you order their transfer. We found some restaurants while decided to walk on our own and staff was saying there’s nothing in the area. You can’t stay in the property after the check out even if your flight is late. No one informs you about tax for first 5 nights in the hotel. A lot of bad surprises. The quality of food in the restaurant was bad, especially given the price.

We liked the pool area and the sea side.

Very poor breakfast, beachbar and poolbar were not open, one day the pool was also not accessible as they had private event in the evening. Outdated interior.

Pool was big and beautiful but very cold, even in September. The hot tub is not part of the hotel. It is part of the spa and you have to pay to use it. We drove down to the beach club down the street and it was wonderful. The breakfast was mediocre.
