It was amazing but just a few observations. Surprised by the modern suites, they don't really fit with the style of the hotel and a vary bizarre layout. There is kettle but only tea supplied, no coffee or milk. Plastic spoons, I would have thought that for the price, they would supply metal spoons. No bin in the suite apart from a tiny one in the bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel on our honeymoon 30 years ago, so it was lovely to return. The hotel is as gorgeous and grand as I remember. The outdoor pool is great with views of the mountains, plenty of sun loungers and poolside drink service. The indoor pool and spa area is very relaxing. Breakfast has a wide choice of pastries, meats and cheeses or cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon and sausages. Plenty of areas within the hotel sit and relax.

Amazing hotel with pools and spa. Great location, easy walk to everything in Riva. Delicious breakfast. We stayed in a duplex suite which I would highly recommend. My son thought it was great to have a jacuzzi in his bedroom. Everywhere was spotless, staff friendly. Would highly recommend. We will return!

It would be nice if there were temporary parking spots at the hotel for checking in. All spots around the hotel are usually taken, but there are reserved spaces in a nearby parking lot. Checking in makes this a bit of a hassle though.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink. We were accommodated in a beautiful room with a view of the pool. The hotel spa is pleasant, the outdoor pool is beautiful and has enough sun loungers for all guests. The breakfast was good and varied. The hotel's location is excellent, in a quiet area and right next to the old town. We will definitely be back.

Four minutes to walk to the old city, so well maintained and and so lovely facilities. We lived Riva and we loved this hotel! Out of all the hotels we status in on our two weeks trip in Italy, this was the one with the best value for money. Great breakfast, fabulous pool, wonderful staff. We had a loft room witch was nice, but just be aware the window is so high on the wall you can’t look out of it. But for the prices we paid in August it felt like that was completely worth it. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy right around the corner so you can fill your minibar with whatever you like.

Earplugs are useful because we were next to the lift and could hear people closing doors at night.

We stayed in this hotel for one week and had a superior room, we were lucky enough to get one of the rooms with the balcony. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, charming and traditional and the location is perfect very close to the shops and restaurants in the front the lake The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. We asked them about a Trentino guest card and they sent me a login for the app which allows you to get free bus travel in the area and enjoy many attractions for Free or for a discounted price. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace. The swimming pool, loungers, sun bathing area and the fluffy robes are lovely and the poolside assistant Marco was excellent. Serving lots of drinks and snacks to our lounger. We were two adults and two teenagers and they gave us rooms opposite each other which was brilliant.

Towels were not in my room when i arrived, but i told reception and this was sorted quickly with an apology.

The dinner at the restaurant is not something we would recommend. Portions were small and the food was not very flavorful. There are many better options in the town of Riva del Garda. (i.e. Hotel du Lac has a wonderful restaurant "Aria" on their hotel terrace overlooking a beautiful park, a small restaurant for drinks and snacks, and another popular restaurant right in the park "The Capannina" - make sure to make reservations, it's very popular!)

The pool and lounge chair area was absolutely beautiful and starting at 12:30 pm poolside service for snacks and drinks was available at a reasonable price. The hotel has reserved parking (10 Euros per night) and lifts for wheelchair accessibility and, upon request, even provided a shower chair for our mom. Very accommodating service. The breakfast in the morning has a inside seating but also a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool (which is where most people sat). Great coffee, a large variety of sweet and savory breakfast items and drinks, and a chef cooking omlettes for you per request.

I prefer to park onsite, however they have very limited spaces and so like us you may have to park in the supermarket carpark 150mtr away (the good news is it's underground so your car stays cool)

This place would have gotten a 10 from us but the air conditioning in the bedroom was broken and it was never fixed, despite telling three different staff members about it. There is a lot of high tech features in the rooms, but when it is 92 degrees in the summer, the one thing you absolutely want working is the air conditioning. We would likely stay there again because other guests weren’t having an issue with their units and the one in our suite on the lower level did work, so I think it was just the bedroom unit having the issue, but arguably that is the more important one to have in working order. We were just disappointed that no attempt to fix it was made and there was no adjustment of price or recognition that this made for an uncomfortable stay, sleeping in a very warm room.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also great.
