A bit tired and I think for the price living on history. Very slow lifts. Uncomfortable lumpy mattress and pillows with starchy and rough bedding. Was put in an another room for a night so not an isolated issue. Shuttle bus not big enough and sometimes needed to wait for second one in peak times. The hotel advertisement appears to be a spa hotel but it’s actually a separate building / business next door that costs 25e for 2 hours.

Iconic looking building both externally and internally. Great position for Mountain View’s and close to centre of village for bars / restaurants / supermarket . Helpful guy on desk when engineer needed to sort out a mechanical noise issue. Good bath and shower. Decent breakfast. Transfer mini bus to ski lift

Ideal location. Breakfast buffet very extensive. Free transfer to and from the Sportina ski lift every 15mins.

The lifts are a nightmare

This is not luxurious at all. But it serves a purpose. Clean and comfortable rooms, hot showers all the time, a bath for the teenagers, a good breakfast, nice staff and a van to take you to the quieter lift. Well located in the village for apres too. It’s simple and effective for 5 days of snowboarding.

It’s quite dated Lifts are old and small and too slow. Most times you have to walk up to your room or walk down. We were in the 6th floor bfast is not great Games room!!!

Car park was very small for the size of the hotel. The spa and pool additional charges makes it for quite an expensive stay for a family . The whole place could do with a light refurb.

Staff really friendly and location. Sleeping in the tower was fun and quite an experience. The view from the room was excellent and breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The hotel was ok but it felt like it had 4 stars a few years ago. It didn't look like a 4 star hotel in 2024 sadly. Although it was clean, it wasn't what we expected on the interior. The window in the room was locked by the key. And we didn't got a room with a mountain view, more like with a hill view, although on Booking it said that it is a room with a mountain view

The location was very beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and we had a lot of choices. The rooms were clean.

Rooms were slightly hot in start of August (no aircondition). The hotel is a bit run down and could use a refresher.

Parking spaces (maybe 10) not available at all, for a 8 floor hotel this is ridiculous to advertise parking. Dirty bathroom with lots of hair on the floor and sink.

The property doesn't seem like a 4* hotel. There is no fridge, no information in the room about anything, no room service, no kettle, just the basic soap, shower gel and shower cap. Not even a bottle of water. There wasn't enough parking spaces and often we had to park on the road. The spa is external and 18 euros for each guest, then charge for use of towels etc. I booked in for a massage but when I arrived the at spa was locked as the staff had an issue with the key, so no massage for me.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The bed was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We paid 497 euros for 6 nights which was the perfect price. Also the views are amazing.
