The hotel was beautiful from our hotel room to the dining, lounge both inside and outside including the pool area. The staff was able to complete our request with checking in early. The breakfast was wonderful as well.

Amazing location! Near the port, good view. Great pool area.

My room was the only one without a chair in the balcony, nor a system to hang wet cloth

Very relaxed but attentive. Very clean , good position lovely views restaurant was excellent.

Pool was hard to get in and out due to not having any hand rail

The hotel is in a great location with a really well appointed pool and pool bar enjoying views towards the marina. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very pleasant with plenty of choice. On site parking is a bonus. We wished we had booked for longer the hotel is so nice.

It is titled as a boutique hotel/ this is a large hotel and a bit dated.

Location is amazing although need larger sign to find it hidden up the hill. Breakfast was great view room is awesome. Staff super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and outdoor patio area. Lots of cabanas no extra charge. Outdoor showers. Fun floats in pool. Totally surrounded by potted plants well maintained. AC in room worked great

Remove or lower the plant barrier blocking the view on right side of patio even though it is meant to block the unsightly unfinished building there is still a nice view beyond that. Provide double the bathroom towels. Closet by door entrance didn’t close- lock properly.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Fantastic Pool. Lovely breakfasts. Also had a great restaurant for lunch and dinner.

It was clean, the receptionist was fantastic, the room was large enough... Parking lot was large and the hotel was grand.

Small shower, wait staff forgot our wine so we left the restaurant, the bed was hard as a rock Im beginning to think that's an Italian thing... 9 min walk to the beach not bad but I thought it was right in front. Did not meet most of my expectations but front desk lady was amazing!

The waiting on staff were a bit disorganised. The air con in the room was not very effective.

The location was lovely - right on the port the rooms were a good size and we had very nice large terraces. The evening meal was very nice - especially the spaghettoni

The hallways were a little dull. Breakfast was a little hit and miss.

The interior of the hotel is both spacious and visually stunning. This was also true of our room. Breakfast was quite good, a good selection and once again spacious and attractive. However who ever lays out the buffet ought to try thinking what people need. Running out of cutlery and plates is silly and placing milk 10 metres from coffee is plain silly.

We travel with 6 electrical items that need USB connections for overnight charging. We also carry a number of cables and adapters to facilitate charging. Unfortunately our huge splendid room had no spare power sockets near the bed and only 1 socket in the bathroom. This meant I had to unplug the bedside lights to enable charging. In 2025 not only should there be spare bedside sockets, there should be provision for USB charging ports. We were not particularly hungry that evening and nothing on the hotel menu was "calling out to us". This meant we had to leave the huge and inviting comfort of the hotel and go exploring off site. The drive way was completely unlit and quite awkward to walk down to the roadway. Then walking towards town there is no path, so you have to walk on the edge of the road, around a blind bend in total darkness. Fortunately our risk was rewarded and we found an excellent bar perched above the marina and enjoyed very good, cheap snacks and a couple of drinks. What a shame the hotel does not try to better serve people that do not want a full,and fully priced, meal. We enjoyed our overnight stay, but the terrific premises deserve a bit more thoughtful understanding of what its guests need.

Terrific hotel! Great location with easy walk to food, shopping and attractions. Great view of the sea. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. And fabulous breakfast. We had a great dinner on site on one of the nights we were there. A great place to end a walk on the Via Francigena! And great value for this stay.
