If I had to say something, negative, it would be no complimentary daily water in the room

The hotel was excellent choice! The lady (Natalie) who looked after the pool area kept everything spotless, and the whole hotel team was so friendly and helpful – they really made our stay. The spa was good and the massage was spot on (thanks Sandra)the treatments were well-priced, breakfast was plentiful, and the cocktails were spot on (thanks Gabriele £ & Falco) The location couldn’t have been better – just 5 minutes max walk from most things - train station, clean sandy beach/sea, beach bars and town for shopping, and restaurants.

Very small rooms and very dated bathrooms. The hotel is located in a beautiful building, but for a five star hotel the bathroom is very small and dated, with shower inside the tub. Quite disappointed also by how small the rooms were (we booked two) and very small TV set. Definitely not up to the standard one would expect.

Great breakfast, perfect location, very friendly staff. The quality of the food was excellent and we very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Very elegant, clean and well maintained. The spa area is small but very nicely designed. Breakfast offered good variety of dishes in a nice setting. We didn't dine in the restaurant but it was appealing. As we visited off-season, the hotel and resort were quiet but still enough "life" to make it an interersting stay.

If I was being really picky, it would have been nice to have a few more English channels on the TV, there was only BBC News, but this was not particularly worrying as we were out most of the time. I can't think of any other negatives.

Breakfast was exceptional. Everything you could want and constantly replenished. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were, without exception, fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were all unfailingly polite and helpful. Room was lovely if a little small. Towels replaced morning and evening if necessary and beds turned down at night with a sweet on the pillow and nightwear laid out on the bed. Outdoor pool was lovely with clean towels supplied and sun loungers available but limited in number so you had to claim your place early. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Without doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Pool could have been bigger. Taxi was 25 euros to the airport on arrival and 30 euros back! Rimini airport
