Not much not to like about this hotel. the only thing that needs looki Pillows. Not comfortable at all.

This was my second stay at this property so i know what to expect, with a sense of coming back home. The views from this hotel is superb, one could never get tired of it.

Nothing. Second visit and it was better than the first.

Tranquil pocket of serenity with easy access to all that Sorrento and Amalfi has to offer. The local beach Seiano and Vico Equense are worth a visit, very charming. Staff could not to enough to help, service was impeccable.

Partner & I were both extremely disappointed with the massage. €100 each in a hotel like this - we didn’t expect it to squeezed into a spare room & the masseuse didn’t have much care & seemed like she was going through the motions. Didn’t wipe the oil off me either.

Loved the stay, great location & staff were always so helpful & nice. The facilities were always well cleaned.

Very good relationship quality & price, amazing breakfast so this is a very solid 9. They don’t ask for reviews and rating like mist of the hotels in the Amalfi Coast. Staff is super professional and the hotel is in an amazing spot.

Charging our devices were a little tricky.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very sweet and even gave us a take away breakfast and coffee for our early airport run.

Its an amazing architecture, location on the hill, nice view of Vesuvius, sea. Great pool, nice staff , great breakfast at terrace

Nothing, was perfect!

Very helpful and Friendly staff throughout. Stunning views from all angles of the hotel but especially the balcony of our room. Hotel was very clean and facilites were great. Reception desk able to order shuttle bus to surrounding areas and provided train tickets on demand along with excursions.

Some of it is quite dated including the hot tub. Our soap and shampoo ran out in the shower which you would expect to have been checked.

The drinks are far too expensive,when compared to eating out in other restaurants in town. That and there is only 1 x power socket in the room we had, so no charging phones and your partner trying to do there hair .

Great location, reception staff spoke Great English and we're very helpful. Pizza in the bar very good, as are the bar tenders which were very chatty and professional.

The only issue is that during this season, when the weather isn’t suitable for sitting on the beach, there’s not much to do in this area, and you need to drive to other places like Sorrento, for example.

The hotel is beautiful, perched on a cliff with a stunning view. Everything is very comfortable, and the service is excellent.

The beds were really uncomfortable.

The views were beautiful, the staff were very friendly and restaurants and bar lovely. The hotel was was a great position to visit pompei for the day, sorrento and positano.

I hoped to see iron in the room but it seem it is an Italian thing. None of hotel had iron in the room.

The place is amazing . The room was great, and the view was amazing. the food is delicious, the Michelin restaurant and breakfast. The hotel is located near the train station and it is very easy to travel to Sorrento. I have to say a good word to the staff. When we had a car issue, they helped us by calling the nearby car rental station, and after an hour and a half, we had a new car.

Maybe they just need to refresh or update the frontdesk and the restaurant, but nothing that’s important or that affects in any way.

The property is amazing, gorgeous views and amenities. Huge underground parking included in the room fee, with valet parking. The restaurant has a terrace with gorgeous views, beautiful infinity swimming pool and cute bar, which we did not use, but did visit and loved. They also have a great rooftop for sunbathing. We stayed in one of the remodeled / updated suites and it was so comfortable and beautifully designed!

Really nothing to complain about!

Very luxurious, exceeding expectations. We had a lovely stay here, and even extended it for an additional night. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Free parking with valet service. Amazing breakfast with a view. We tried all 3 restaurants, and we highly recommend them. Cleaning service impeccable. AC working perfectly. Slippers and bathrobes in the rooms. Great pool with amazing views. We got local pasta as a gift, which was a nice touch. Great sommelier at the restaurant, we loved the wine recommendations.
