Our bathroom was quite small but that was just luck of the draw as our children’s room had a much bigger bathroom.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, the staff are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is amazing, the spa is lovely and the beach couldn’t be nicer. This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Fantastic location. Open, light entrance wonderful style. Friendly, professional service & staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Executive suite with a large amazing terrace overlooking the beach and coast. I didn’t want to leave, so we ate most of our meals out there with room service, just exceptional! Super dog friendly 🐾 Highly recommended!!

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The general atmosphere is very pleasant and a little bit artsy, the location is superb. This may be rated 5 stars. I was driving on to The Carlton in Cannes (I broke the drive from Milan with this stay), and for sure The Carlton is a true 5 star - this one more like 4 or 4+. But within that context, one of the very best I've ever stayed at. Will return for sure.

Room was too small for the price. Minuscule bathroom with no place to put our items. Bistrot restaurant was disappointing. We did not try the other restaurant.

Everything was great but if I had to say anything negative it was that there should be a little bit more privacy between the terraces - when we were on the couch outside we were basically sitting next to the neighbors rather than having some privacy with plants. Also the beach is a little too packed - and not enough service for cocktails.

Absolutely everything, the location, level of care in so many ways, the polite and helpful staff, choice of food in the restaurant and breakfast room. Easy access to the private beach and to the promenade with its fabulous shops and bars

We always like our breakfast to be special. Start your day right! And given the fact that the restaurant is outstanding we would have hoped for something special / or a signature dish on the menu.

The GHA is beautifully located at the waterfront with prime views onto the Alassio bay. The staff was super friendly and helped us a lot with our room. Unfortunately we lost a jacket which then was found and hopefully will be returned soon. The staff was very caring and we cannot thank them more for outstanding service.

It’s certainly pricy as far as hotels in Alassio go but we think it was worth it, especially if you make extensive use of the SPA facilities as we did.

Fantastic hotel and resort, the SPA is great, room is very spacious and clean. Pillow was a bit too hard but was promptly swapped with a much softer one by the staff. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast is super, as well!
